The hotel environment is OK. We went to Chongqing for tourism. There is a free laundry service. We washed our skirts and pants. Later, when we went out, the hotel entered the room without telling us and hung the white skirt at the door. I was shocked when I entered the door. The most important thing is that no matter whether there is anyone in the room, should we tell our guests that we are going to enter the room? The pants and short-sleeved shirts are all stained. The hotel asked if we could wash the clothes together, and all the clothes washed by the hotel did not fade. They were washed together before. I don’t know why the staining happened. The next day, we went out to play and found that the room had been cleaned, but it was still the same problem. There was no one in the room. Why did the hotel enter the room to clean it? The experience was extremely bad.

The facilities are well maintained, the hygiene is very good, the cleaning is done in a timely manner and without any disturbance; because it is on a high floor, it is relatively quiet, and the front desk customer service is very warm and considerate. The only drawback is that it's not close enough to the subway station. However, it's OK if it's close to the Guanyinqiao business district. If it's too close, the price will be higher than this. All in all, the experience is very good. I have stayed here twice. I have stayed in many hotels in Chongqing, but this is the only one I have stayed in twice.
