Wonderful hotel in a great location to explore chongqing. The hotel is super new and facilities were sparkling clean. Friendly and warm staff. Reception 小雯 very nice friendly and welcome. Great hotel will come back for sure!!!

We are so happy with this hotel. The room is clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Their reception also very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Xiao Liu. She has taking good care of us.
Location is good as is at nearby with all the eating streets and shopping.
Love their free DIY laundry service.
Overall, we are very pleased with all the services in this hotel.

Someone kept smoking and wake me up in the early morning as I don’t have window in room … Everything was great! Near to jiefangbei! But 15 mins walk to the hongyadong. So far good to stay ! Many Malaysian chose here~ many other hotels nearby also ! Found that forgot to take pic of the room. Hahahahahahha!

Hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. People are allowed to smoke in lobby and lift area. Staff see people openly smoking and don't say a thing. Whenever you use the aircon the smell of smoke comes through.
Rooms are quite small and camped with very limited storage space.
Breakfast was awful. Terrible spread with no real variety. Overpriced. Breakfast closes at 10 and they refused to refill the milk at 9:30.
Two small washers and dryers which are not commercial grade.
Location is good but that's about it for this place. It's got nothing else going for it. Staff can't speak English either.
Looks good in the photos but that's about it.
Lobby sofas are disgusting and need a good clean. People throw soiled nappies on the lobby floor for guest to sit around. Lobby coffee is never refilled either.
Awful hotel. Will not be back.

Stayed 11 nights. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Reception was friendly and helpful. Unlimited coffee and drinking water available at reception area. Free washer and dryer available but required queue.
Rooms with windows are preferably. Bed is comfortable and clean.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a great location at Jiefangbei, within walking distance to many attractions. The road outside is convenient for Didi pickups and drop-offs. The room was clean and spacious, though I did miss having a mini fridge. There was ongoing renovation work in the building, so there was some noise, but it didn’t bother me too much since I was out most of the time during the day. The hotel staff informed me about this before check-in and provided earplugs. My only issue was a lingering smoke smell in the room, despite requesting a non-smoking room, so I had to air it out a bit. The hotel also offers a laundry room, which is handy, and free coffee and drinking water in the lobby, which I appreciated. Breakfast was great, especially the delicious noodle station. Overall, a good stay.
