The location is great. The service is good. Only problem is too many hotels in this building, the elevator sometimes is very crowded. But i will choose this hotel again nexttime.

早餐不錯，交通便利，設施較新，房間電視很大，mini吧免費，床墊也比較舒服。
外賣可以送到前台，然後會有機器人配送至房間門口。
感謝前台幫我免費升級了房間，還送了小禮物。安排的小楊管家很親切，有什麼需求都可以用酒店微信溝通，消息回覆及時。

設施：健身房洗衣房都有
衞生：新酒店的環境真的非常好
環境：周圍什麼都有，離解放碑，商場，醫院都很近，去熱門景點也很方便，下樓就是出租車🚕
隨便走到哪條小巷子都有各種重慶美食。下次再來一定首選這裏。小楊管家服務很好👍

在網上預訂房型前，給前台打電話諮詢一下，確定了房型，下單！到了酒店，前台辦理了入住，進到房間才知道，房間靠馬路，比較吵，房間有刺鼻味道（新裝修），而且房間衞生差，穿衣鏡很臟，訂房之前就問了前台要一相對安靜的房間（房費付款的是相對安靜房間）結果安排的不是，房型不一樣，所以要求前台換房，前台叫我們自己下去換，高端酒店服務就這樣，無語！！！…
雙人自助下午茶:去吃甜品的時候，問了一下服務員甜品名稱，居然服務員不知道，哎…

房間很舒適，床墊是我喜歡的，天天睡香香
衞生很好，處處有細節，挺讓人滿意的，作為一個稍有潔癖的人來説，很不錯啊
再就要提一下酒店贈送的下午茶，關鍵是環境超好的，坐在露天超有感覺，三兩朋友可以一下午就擱那聊天拍照嗨了。
然後不得不提一下我們的管家小艾，有問必答，面面俱到，我的問題稍稍有點多的，但管家小艾真的耐心好好，點贊👍
