The best hotel I’ve stayed at in China.
From the hotel staff to the facility to the location everything was immaculate. The elevator can get overcrowded sometimes but it’s not a big problem. The staff ask you for your WeChat so you can communicate 24/7. There is a self service laundry room.
Location - 10/10
It’s right in the center - Hongyadong 15 minutes walk, many restaurants nearby and the metro station ist right beside the hotel - only a 2 minute walk.

The hotel and the room were extremely clean and the views are the best I’ve seen. I had a clear view of the Raffles City

Good views of the city. Would benefit from clearer instructions on how to get to the reception (go to floor 45 and then get a different lift to floor 65). The building has several hotels in it and different businesses as well as regular residents. Walking distance to major spots.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable central location, steps away from the Xiaoshizi metro station (exit 5A), Changjiang cableway, Huguang Guild Hall, and Shibati. The rooms are on the 65th and 66th floors, and provide a spacious bathtub and stunning panoramas; the windows can only be opened briefly for safety reasons.
Amenities include unlimited beverages such as coffee and lemon water, and a convenient laundry room. However, this room has only one washer and dryer. Cleanliness could be improved, as the moquette tends to show dirt easily.
Overall, this hotel offers a great stay due to its location, views, and amenities 🙌

The hotel room is pretty big and clean also with a nice view as described in the website. Basic amenities but good enough because most of the time you’ll be out. Location is good, walking distance to a number of tourist sites.
The downside of the hotel is it is located in a commercial building with a viewing deck on the 67th floor whilst the hotel is on the 65/F. Everyday there are many people lining up for lift to go to the viewing deck plus need to change 2 lift to get to the hotel. Very inconvenient. Other than that all good.

Service is superb. Staff will follow up on every request. Free beverage serve to room. They even gave a pair of 云端之眼 tickets for us when knew we celebrate birthday at the hotel. Highly recommended.

Not only was the room with all its amenities and the view a 10/10, the hotel staff was also very friendly and did everything they could to create a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Wow. I had a change in my itinerary for work and made a last minute reservation here. Again, wow. The room was stunning, the customer service was brilliant, the view was incredible. It was truly an excellent experience! I very highly recommend staying here!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient, but you might need to wait a little longer for the elevator since it is shared with the Cloud Eye observation deck. The room offers an amazing view.
