JI Hotel (Chongqing Jiangjin Dingshan Park)

The customer service was not clean at all. There were hair on the pillow, hair on the floor, and water stains on the table. I was very unsatisfied with my stay. The hotel apologized and the fruit they gave me was also like this. I don’t know when it was cut. And I didn’t know how many times I called before it was delivered.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. There are many places to eat nearby. However, the parking lot next door is quite full and it is difficult to park! Service: The waiters are warm and generous, friendly and responsive to all inquiries. The breakfast noodles are quite authentic, but it’s a pity that they can’t be spicy.

The hotel facilities are well-equipped. There is a laundry room and dryer downstairs. The room is very spacious and very clean. The lady at the front desk has a good service attitude. I am very satisfied with my stay.

The newly opened All Seasons, the guest rooms have fast hot water, large water output, good air conditioning and heating effect, especially the bedding is comfortable and easy to sleep on. The room supplies are overall clean and tidy. The service attitude is as good as ever. I like all seasons. The sister who lives at the front desk is warm and courteous and makes you feel at home. I wish you better and better.
