Excellent 5 star hotel, warm butler service, great facility, restaurant, gym, swimming pool. Convience location.

Best breakfast I ever had in China. Amazing exterior interior, you got a personal butler who adds your wechat, and helps you we things. The whole hotel felt new and well establishes. The swimming pool was not open.

Service is excellent by the management team, very helpful, has excellent breakfast selections and mild changes on a daily basis, location wise it's a bit far from the main attractions but you can catch a taxi or didi which takes about 15 mins. It states as an non smoking hotel but you can smell the smokes from the room, we got our room changed immediately by the manager and it sorted our problems Overall it's a good stay

It's within walking distance of many popular attractions, yet it's also tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. But what truly sets Hotel Wan Yao apart is the level of personalized service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the bellhops to the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible.
