We had an enjoyable time at Niccolo. It’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Front desk Harbour has a great disposition and was really helpful.

Fantastic hotel except that the ambient temperature of the hotel is 25 degrees Celsius. This cannot be changed as the thermostat is locked and it did mean some uncomfortable sleeps.

Upmarket hotel, according 2 local, best in Chongqing.
Not too friendly 2am check in procedure.
Great luxury room - best in class
Room old TV needs an upgrade to 65 inch - not too expensive today, satellite TV not working, hang many times.

Wonderful hotel and service. Excellent breakfast buffet. We were able to get English tour guide for city tour via hotel as well. All of the staff were great!
