Cleanliness: 5 stars
Clean, and tidy. Housekeeping replaced used towels and refilled drinking water daily. Water pressure was good and water was hot.
Location: 5 stars
Right beside the tourist information center which is all you need in Wulong as a tourist as there are buses to all tourist spots like xiannvshan, wulong tianshengsanqiao and the national park. Even the bus to train station is here. So really very convenient.
Service: 5 stars
Housekeeper/front desk was really friendly. Can ask them anything if you have any questions!
Ameneties: 5 stars
The bed is heated! Really good for the colder periods. Was there during October and was already about 14 degrees at night.

Room is huge and well decorated. It's just a short walk to the tourists centre too. We booked for 3 pax and the room can probably fit 6 pax. Centrally located, you can go all the exhibit locations from the tourist centre.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The location is very good and very closed to the tourist centre - can simply walk to the tourist centre in Leeds than a minute.

I think this is the most clean hotel in the town,,tip top front desk services which Help us to book for a taxi in the early morning👍…I booked this hotel in urgent around 9.30pm…Why?the story is ..my tour guide book another (very dirty) hotel for us to stay near to the same area ..after that i decide to book SHI YI LI under my own expenses…when we check in ,so surprise that the room is so big ,new and cleanliness 👍 same with the photo show…keep it up for the good service👍

The hotel is located next to the tourist center where you can purchase tickets for Wulong Karst Geological Park and Fairy Mountain, etc. There is also transportation to the various attractions and Wulong Railway Station, which is super convenient. The hotel is also located near restaurants and a supermarket.
The room is very comfortable. It looks very newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and come with a heater that you can turn on during cold weather. They even cover the sharp corners with rubber gaskets to provide a safer environment for the kids.
The owner and staff are very friendly and nice! They will give us their honest opinions and also recommend nice restaurants in the area.
Overall, i will strongly strongly recommend this hotel!

Very good location with a few minutes walk from tourist center (Karst).
The room is spacious and amenities provided in the room is good.
The breakfast started at 8 am. The food is so-so.
Need to pay a deposit of CNY 300 when check-in.

Very good service, clean room. The place generally has nothing much to do, but that’s the best part, because we get a lot of relaxation time for ourselves.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from Fairy Mountain Visitor Centre. The location is super convenient and there are eateries across the street. Our family was big and spacious. The hotel room is newly renovated, design is modern and the room is very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and they helped us carry our luggage. The hotel breakfast was sumptuous and delicious too. Strongly recommend!

had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the room was clean and big enough for 2 pax. the bed was very comfortable. the reception was very friendly and helpful - helping us to purchase attraction tickets and provided guidances. they even provided snack for the room.

We like the hotel very much and my god mum thinks we should help to promote this hotel. The front desk Mei was very helpful. They have two beautiful cats who are friendly and welcome guests too. 😁 We also got goodies from the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly.
