前往重慶前就已經看到這家充滿“民國風”的山景賓館，隨機抱着試一試的心態預訂了兩個晚上。在一大早到達了重慶西站後，先去前往盛名在外的歌樂山革命公園、磁器口後才趕在太陽落山後的黑夜中來到了南山賓館。從它衹能通過打車才能到的位置，看到了它獨居山頂的那份世外之氣，周邊都是樹林花草，酒店的周邊沒有其他建築的打擾。通過環山路上不同的位置，分佈着它幾種不同風格的住宅，民國風外觀的，民宿型別墅型的，標準酒店客房型的，根據個人需要，滿足不同口味的入駐遊客。比較令我眼前一亮的是它有一個眺望渝中半島的觀景台，面積五六十個平方，可以眺望遠處的重慶高樓市景，同時也可以坐在平台上免費提供的椅子上喝點小酒，和朋友們説説笑笑，十分愜意。確實有不一樣的感覺，清晨起床後在這裏走一走，看一看，真的是置身山林，愁雲消散的情景。

我們五一出行，全家對這家酒店讚不絕口。環境清幽，房間很大，裝修確實是民國風格，乾淨衞生，床品很舒服，全家都是一覺到大天亮。唯一不足就是涼拖鞋有味道，沒晾乾的水臭味，希望能改進。這個酒店去黃角埡老街，走黃葛古道很方便

可能是我個人愛好？我怎麼覺得這樣的酒店太舒服了啊，在山頂上，空氣無敵好，我媽嘴上説在山上住太潮濕，陰森，可是來了之後，她自己繞着山散步一個多小時。已經無限推薦給同事和朋友了。距離黃桷埡老街很近，下山二十分鐘就到了，一路穿過黃桷埡老街到三毛故居，再走黃葛古道去山下，再步行去下浩裏。很順，兩個小時左右。適合習慣徒步的人。

酒店在山上，我們是自駕過來，這裏很幽靜，空氣極佳，對沒開車的遊客來説會比較不方便。離黃桷埡距離上不算遠，但如果要走過去，費腿，山路畢竟沒有平路那麼好走。
房間不大，但衞生間卻出乎意料特別寬敞，用的電熱水器，兩個人洗澡中間要間隔半小時，不知道怎麼回事，賓館沒有提供地巾，等我要洗澡時才發現，懶得找服務員問了，但沒有地巾是真的不大方便。
餐廳廚師燒的家常菜非常好吃，這裏沒有菜單，屬於廚房有啥就燒啥，服務員給我們配了兩個菜，魚香肉絲與空心菜，我們吃的很滿意，就沖這個美味，我給五星。
