Hands down, most probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I loved it, from the design to the wonderful service. Simple, clean, great views and easy to get in and out. No noise. Peng Peng was amazing and helped us with all our questions, helping us find places or giving directions. The beds were comfy and bathrooms were equipped with all good quality toiletries. My favorite thing is the outside terrace where one can sit and enjoy the nighttime view. If I ever return to Chongqing, I will most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chongqing with a view. Lots of good food around. Staff are amazing, even upgraded our room for free. Wish we could had stayed longer! Highly recommend

We had a truly lovely stay and the service was perfect. They fed us fruit and evening soup and helped us with our itinerary and booking tickets! The room was spotlessly clean although a bit smaller than I was expecting. The one problem was the lack of storage/shelf space for our clothes and stuff. But they did pickup our laundry and do that FOR us, which was amazing, esp with 2 kids. My kids said we they wanted to stay there again on our next trip to Chongqing 🥰🥰

The room was great, the two housekeepers were very nice, and the details were in place. The breakfast and nighttime Tremella soup were also great! I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
