We were lucky to have met 小袁 who helped us to check in. She was bubbly and friendly, and went beyond and above to assist us.
After checking into our room, we decided we wanted a suite instead and asked for availability. 小袁 was very prompt and sent us a video of a suite that she prepared for us. She even offered to let us view the room first before confirming. When we confirmed, she came to help us with our luggage and guided us to the room and showed us around. She also patiently attendees to all our queries regarding directions, amenities etc.
After she left, we asked for more pillows, hangars and and usage of the washing machine. And once again, she came to our room and even brought extra detergent for us. We commented that the room had cigarette smell and she brought a fragrant spray can for us. She said she will ask the housekeeping to get rid of the smell the next day and sure enough, the housekeeping did an excellent job. If only all service staff are like her, patient, diligent and efficient, guests would always be very happy.
We were very happy with the room and if there is really something to point out, the hotel should make sure the toilets are in tip top condition. The bathtub has jacuzzi function but we didn't use it because it sprayed out dirty water when we turned it on. The toilet bowl cover is supposed to be battery operated but it did not work. The rubber lining of the glass door of the shower area also peeled off.
Otherwise, we were very happy and contented. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel was value for money and the spread was good, and the food was good too. Better than trying to find food at the shops lining the streets.
小陈 also assisted and supported us in the same consistent quality of service provided until we checked out. They made all the process smooth and easy and convenient for us. We would highly recommend the hotel to everyone and anyone.

Very happy with our stay. Clean, quiet building in the heart of all the attractions. Our room was apartment style, fully equipped with everything you need. We were able to walk everywhere for food, shopping, street vendors and so forth. Would stay here again for sure. Secure entry. Check-in process was easy, download WeChat to communicate without any language barriers.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very near to all attractions. The customer service is excellent. We have a small problem with our room and they managed to upgrade us to a better room. Keep it up!

Hotel and room were both very nice.
HOWEVER. On our final night, one of the staff members was in the room next door to us from midnight until 2am shouting with this couple. It woke us up, and after we asked nicely for them to stop shouting, they didn't stop.
Tried to call reception, but they wouldn't answer the phone. They then knocked on our door and woke us up at 3am demanding an apology for shouting at them. What a joke.
Staff were useless in helping. It's a shame, because I would have given this hotel 5/5 otherwise. Cleaning lady was nice, bathroom was clean and modern, shower was good. Toilet was good.

Xiao Li has a good service attitude, the hotel style is good, the facilities are complete, the front desk service is good and considerate, the check-in is fast, the room is clean and tidy, the network is strong, the bed is big, the bathroom is clean, and it is convenient to wash clothes.
