This hotel is excellent — great value for money, in a convenient and central location, and easy to find. The area feels very safe, which is especially important if you’re a woman traveling alone. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chongqing.

The room itself was quite small, we managed with two backpacks but it would be too small to open large suitcases. The location was great, about 10 minutes to the metro and just around the corner was the pedestrian area. Also walkable to Hongyadong and other sites.
No English service at the reception but we communicated with translator app.

This review is for Xiao Li who truly went beyond for me. I actually lost my bank card and he found it. He stayed calm while I freaked out. I’m truly blessed to have met him. Once again, he truly is the KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. He should get a raise.

The room was just cleaned when we got in and the toilet floor was still wet with traces of hair everywhere. Bed was extremely hard but pillows were too soft. Worst part was the non existent space to put toiletries when you’re showering.

Very happy with the staff, we had a few inquiries and they were very proactive in helping out. Location is great, couldn't ask for better. Room is fine. Sadly, we had a view towards the main boulevard and the windows were useless in isolating the noise, so that wasn't great. Overall, especially considering the price, it's a good choice.
