The hotel is great, but some things should be improved. The toilet paper inmediately blocks the pipes, but there is no any information regarding it, or asking not to flush it. There is only one toilet paper in the toilet - definitely not enough for several people. There is only one gel in the shower and one minibar of soap by the sink - a very inconvenient solution, we had to constantly move the gel back and forth. There is a loundry room, but it is not self-service [we were told], no information about it anywhere. In theory the guests can access it. But the room card only allows you to get to the reception, the floor above where the gym is [[or more precisely some machines standing [for real] in the corridor] and to the room floor. The laundry is one floor above the gym and it is terrible. It should not be called a laundry, the same goes for the gym. One broken washing machine and one or two dryers, in a microspace without a window,with pipes connected so badly that I have never seen anything like it. We had planned to use the loundry in this hotel assuming that in a hotel of this class this service would be luxurious and ended up going to another hotel to do it. In theory the loundry service can be ordered but only during day hours so sightseeing or ordering laundry. Another thing - so-called butler service is included in the price so we thought that he would be able to arrange simple things like hiring a private driver, typical sightseeing tours. Well, no, we had to arrange everything ourselves. So, what this butler service means I have no idea. Breakfast - basically Chinese, even without black tea, poor choice. The room itself very large and clean, amazing view, very quiet, even with open window. TV huge but no TV signal at all, probably the antenna was connected incorrectly. The location could not be better, fast elevators stopping only on a few selected floors.
