We stayed in room 2407. The room boasted a beautiful view and was quite clean. Overall, we were fairly satisfied, and the layout was simple and functional. Our only suggestion for improvement would be regarding the water heater and water pressure; a more consistent supply of hot water for the bathtub would have made our stay even better.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy. The sheets and bedding had a faint fresh scent and were completely odor-free. The facilities were very new: the air conditioning cooled effectively, there was instant hot water, and the water pressure was strong – perfect for washing away the day's tiredness. Amazing location and view. So easy to walk around, get on metro etc. Nice to have the balcony, swing chair and bathtub (room temperature water) to enjoy the view. Kitchen a bit old, but equipped with fridge and washing machine which were useful. General cleanliness should be improved. There were black hairs and rubbish left by previous guests. Housekeeping came on request to change bins and top up drinking water and toilet paper.

The guesthouse has a great vibe and is super close to all the main attractions in Chongqing. The host was incredibly thoughtful, even helping us plan our routes, which saved us a ton of hassle with sightseeing research. We woke up to beautiful river views every morning, and our child absolutely loved playing in the bathtub. For convenience, I'd suggest taking a taxi from North Station directly to the guesthouse when you arrive.
