Amazing hotel upper level. Staff is nice to assist to check in. This area do not have food so it’s available to eat before come or bring your own food. I wish I hk a spend more time to enjoy the room but I’m rushing in time. I appreciate the staff who answer my question how to get to the location. Thanks I have a great stay.

Excellent service from the reception. We stayed in the Vintage Mountain View room. The photos are as per website. 270 degree view of the mountains. Very nice tea corner. Room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast included is nice and hearty.
Will recommend accommodation to others.

Had an amazing time staying here. Staffs were very welcoming and attentive. Did not have any hard time even though we hardly understood any Chinese, so foreign visitors should not be discouraged by this. The rooms were super neat and clean. This place provides transportation to the tour sight pickup center which is very convenient! Would recommend choosing this place.

Free pick up service from the tourist centre (less than 10min ride) from 8am - 7pm. Was OK, but no food around the area so either you get it from the town before going to the hotel or order food from the hotel itself. Did the latter and the food was really homely and yummy (affordable as well).
The reception also operates like a mini convenience store if you’d like to get cup noodles/snacks :-)

The hotel room is super beautiful, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, the facilities are complete, strongly recommend to everyone, the scenery of Fairy Hill is also very good, suitable for summer visit again.

Excellent services and very friendly and helpful staff.
The front desk picked us up with just a phone call away from the Tourist Information Centre. The full-glass window offers a magnificent view, which we absolutely loved. The breakfast was nice, simple, and delicious, especially refreshing after enjoying so many spicy dishes and hot pots in Chongqing.

SO SO NICE!! The lady who looked after us was so lovely, she chauffeured us around everywhere, and picked us up, made sure we were safe and looked after. Room was BRILLIANT! Heated blanket for the cooler nights, wonderful shower & mountain views. Would absolutely come back!

The room is huge and very tastefully designed. I went in winter and they had central heating, a radiator and a heated bed spread which made the stay very comfortable. The staff are also very helpful - when we were out stranded and having difficulty getting a taxi and getting around on icy ground, the owner picked us up personally even after their designated driver was off work. Super thankful and would definitely visit again.
