Chongqing Homestays

I had a trip in Chongqing for 5 days and during my stay at Xiaohaoi Hotel was very satisfied. The room I picked hadn’t spacious but it’s okay for 2 people. The room was clean and had beautiful city view. They prepared almost everything you need in the room. The best thing is the location, the subway just be right in front of the hotel building. It’s very convenient for traveling. I feel like the hotel building is in the middle of shopping center and near the tourist attractions where you can get by walking. Things that I would complain about; 1)they prepared the disposable towels which the housekeeper will replace the new one everyday. 2) the bathroom is visible which you can see through (there is a projector screen which you can slide down to separate between the bed and the bathroom) 3)This hotel is in the building where you might get confused to find it. Whatever, first time you get to the hotel, just scan the QR code at the door to get the code for entering the place and room. The staff was really nice and helpful. They’re fastly responsive and always answer any questions. I recommend this place to whoever traveling in Chongqing…❤️🤌🏻

The host is above and beyond. We got necessary information ahead of time to get well prepared. Location easy to find with instructions provided. The facility is clean and beddings are super comfy. We were able to get very good rest and have easy navigation around the city.

Had an amazing time staying here. Staffs were very welcoming and attentive. Did not have any hard time even though we hardly understood any Chinese, so foreign visitors should not be discouraged by this. The rooms were super neat and clean. This place provides transportation to the tour sight pickup center which is very convenient! Would recommend choosing this place.

Hotel location is superb and as central as it gets. It’s literally a stones throw away from People’s Liberation Monument. Most places of interests are 10 minutes walk away. Food options are also in abundance, there are roadside stalls setting up at midnight and it’s really nearby to 八一好吃街. Hotel room was spectacular and spotless clean. The view was equally magnificent as well. It was an experience checking into the room and greeted by an unobstructed view of the monument. The staff there were really attentive and friendly as well. We checked in at around 3.30am in the morning and had Summer (夏天) checking us in. She ensured that we settled down well and even brought us fruits and some light snacks as well! Thanks to her and the rest of the staff, we really felt right at home. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Chong Qing and our stay with JiaYu Sky City Resort Hotel played a big part as well. Coming back to the hotel after a long day and feeling right at home really made the trip much more enjoyable overall. I really recommend staying at this hotel and I’ll definitely stay at this hotel on my future trips to ChongQing as well. 5 stars.

We went to many hotels in china and this was the best one so far! Their service was the best out of the many hotels we went. They pay attention to every single details and were meticulous to make sure their guests stay was comfortable. Love the table and chair setting and they provided a tea set as well. Their blanket was so comfortable and we felt so at home throughout our stay. Location was great without needing to worry about finding food as there are many eateries nearby. We went there during the mid autumn festival and hotel even gave us a fruit platter and 2 mooncakes which was delicious. Breakfast was perfect to start the day before all the spiciness we were going to eat later on that chongqing has to offer. Every staff there was extremely friendly and helpful, special mention to 小坤 who even had a itinerary done and places to visit around chongqing and places to eat around the hotel. I would proudly say their service has exceeded those other 5 star hotel establishments we have stayed in other places. I would definitely stay in this place if i am back in chongqing again. Once again, a big thank you to all the staff of 山觉人文美宿.

The B&B is very new and is right next to the 18th staircase. It takes about 10 minutes to walk up from the B2 driveway exit to Jiaochangkou Exit 5. We stayed here for three nights. Although we didn't spend much time in the room, we still felt very comfortable because there was a lot of space. From the reviews we knew that bath towels and face towels were disposable, so we brought our own. Luggage storage is available after check-out. The only drawback is that the bed is very hard. We did not use the kitchen and washing machine. An auntie comes to collect the garbage every day. If you have any needs, you can directly report to the front desk. It was a very good accommodation experience.

It was difficult for me to make a plan for looking around in a day to get to the Furong Cave and 蚩尤九黎城, but it was possible cuz the staff help me call a taxi. I am very grateful to the staff who did their best and responded kindly. The accommodation is very clean and the warm water comes out well. the restaurant for breakfast is located right next to the hotel. Just one bowl of noodles comes out and it's really delicious. If you go around here, I surely recommend staying this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location. Although the whole building is not very attractive, the room is clean and tidy. The hotel housekeeper is very enthusiastic. The room is very warm. You can see the confluence of the two rivers. The two public terraces are very thoughtful and have a wide view. The night view and river view are both good. I want to praise the front desk. At 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, in order to let us have a better rest, they upgraded us to a river view king room. Thumbs up! I will stay at your place next time.

The room exceeded expectations, consistent with the platform decoration, very distinctive and design. The mattress is also very soft and comfortable. The sofa on the balcony is also very long and wide, more than enough to lie down alone. The sanitation is very clean and tidy. The room is prepared with disposable bath towels, bathtub covers, toilet toilet covers, and the homestay also intimately prepared sewing kits, band-aid and iodophor cotton swabs in the room. The scenery outside the window is very good. On the left, you can see the Baixiang Street on the right. The Yangtze River Channel is the right. The scenery outside the window at night is good. There will be cruise ships leaving from here. You can also see the river view while lying on the bed. The store's service is also very thoughtful. The next morning, I asked the housekeeper for disposable bath towels and mineral water, and it was delivered to the room in about ten minutes. The housekeeper was very polite throughout the communication. The day before check-in, he took the initiative to call me to talk about the check-in instructions and came with a detailed check-in guide and nearby play suggestions. The homestay is also very close to the city rail station. It takes ten minutes to take the Kaixuan Road elevator to the city rail station. The eighteen ladder scenic spot is next to the city rail station. The overall stay for two days is very comfortable and highly recommended. 👍👍👍

The best minsu I’ve stayed. Room is really spacious, very nice furnishings and all amenities provided. Very clean and well-maintained. Location is away from main town which we like because it’s so serene and peaceful. Can order takeaway so not an issue. Staff are so friendly and hospitable, requests made through WeChat & responded quickly. Breakfast is home-style food cooked by a friendly auntie, very homely yummy food which we love. Would recommend this minsu especially for families.
