The experience was very good. The hotel staff was warm and smiling. The hotel decoration environment was also good and warm. The breakfast was fresh. The facilities and equipment were also complete. The laundry room was large. There was free lemonade and ice cubes in the lobby. There was ice water and iced American coffee when you entered the hotel. It was really good. 設施：因為入住時間已經是凌晨，熱浪的重慶，女孩子家想要好好地梳洗，卻發現花灑出不了水，前來排除故障的房務也解決不了問題，建議我們等到凌晨3點，修理師傅會來排除障礙，我們討論後覺得寧可使用洗手枱簡單梳洗後早點入睡，等起床之後再通知前台， 請師傅商來維修。結果早上7點多，有人大聲敲門，還在睡夢中的我被驚醒，渾渾噩噩的 沖向門口，來不及迴應，門就被打開，嚇的我沖過去推門，幸好另一個晚睡的夥伴有將門扣帶上，門衹能推開個縫，隔着縫男子説著地方口音的話，勉強推斷應該就是來維修的師傅，他説的我聽不懂，我衹能反覆告訴他，我們還在睡覺，請晚點再來，我會請前台通知。 説真的，心臟真的不舒服。 環境：沒話説，交通很方便，為了看景，特意挑了這間房的，也沒有失望。 服務：跟同行的朋友相比較，我花了比較高的價位定了這間房，但經歷了第1天的驚魂夜，我沒有感受到他們的任何服務上的反饋。
