It is a five-star hotel with excellent facilities, hygiene, environment and service. This stay was better than expected! The lobby manager called the day before the arrival to consult the guests' needs and preferences and arrange the guest room in advance. The lady at the front desk was gentle and polite, and handled the check-in formalities professionally and quickly. Not only did she reimburse the taxi fare from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, but she also upgraded the executive king room for free. It was really thoughtful! The guest rooms are cleaned very cleanly and meticulously every day. I would like to especially praise the waiters Yang Zemei and Huang Yiqiong. They brought us sweet soup and snacks every night, sweet smiles and warm greetings, which made us feel cordial and warm... The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and the waiters and chefs are very polite. Thumbs up! In short, this hotel is the most satisfactory hotel I have encountered in my one-month trip. I will come again if I have the opportunity to visit Chongqing next time.

The hotel room is spacious, clean ,airconworks well. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of variety and they taste good. Drink desk staff is friendly, they helped us book hotel at 4 am ,otherwise we have to hail one on the street. The only set back is the bath room light is dim. They give plenty of mineral water and soft drink for free, a good gesture , you didn't need to intercom them every time you need water. Will come back to this hotel again.

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, attentive service, and very welcoming hospitality from all the staff, especially Ms. Lemon at the front desk and the housekeeping lady on the 29th floor. Their friendliness made our stay very memorable. The location is centrally located and convenient to all the key tourist spots. We recommend ordering breakfast a day in advance to get a cheaper deal, instead of purchasing it online during hotel booking. The breakfast selection is amazing! If a heavy buffet breakfast isn’t your thing, there is a local morning grocery market nearby where you can find delicious meat buns and congee. Enter from the lane on the right side of the hotel.

The hotel at good location . lobby n main entrance is at 11 floor And 4th floor can direct access to famous street The hotel is quit old but cleanest is good. there is some unhappy things happen when 1st night I check in but continue with the 2nd,3rd and 4th day everything was fine. 1st day of stay,toilet blow stuffing&Aircond not function well(felt suffocated),The funny thing is they said bring me a fan and that time outside I weather is 39’c. If I stay for 1 night is ok. But 4 night is not a good idea to accept.so they change room for us and the new room Aircond& the toilet bowl function well.

Nice hotel in great location with walking distance to Hongya Cave, Kuixing Tower and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Front desk and concierge staffs are friendly and helpful. Clean room and spacious. Thank you for the welcome gift. Only feedback is pillow too soft and flat. The chief at egg station was reluctant to make sunny side up when my husband requested on Day 1. We stayed 4 nights, the subsequent requests were served without any excuses.😄

For overseas travellers, Fraser’s is no-doubt the best place to go to. Tourist friendly, value-for-money, and impeccable service. Location is also nearby a number of amenities and a pretty nice mall , with an amazing livehouse nearby. The service staff, Amy as well as others here that have served me have been amazing and were accommodating to my wants of replacing the ironing board as well as giving me fruits upon arrival, upgrading my room without me requesting, and even letting me check out late as my flight isn’t till the evening. Simply splendid and I would book this place again if I’m ever back in Chengdu. Attached hotel lobby pictures for reference, rooms look better than in photos. Won’t go wrong here. Food deliveries are done efficiently with a robot, and you can even add their WeChat to ask for any help with almost immediate response. It was my first time staying at a kempinski hotel and I was quite happy with my stay with the price that I paid for. It was a bit dusty in the room and I got a bit of a itch but it was alright. The toilet, furniture was all well kept in good condition. Location wise was alright with not much things in the surrounding.
