Stunning Views Amidst Clean Comfort and a few flaw at Roosevelt. My recent stay at Roosevelt offered a mix of breathtaking scenery and comfortable accommodations, albeit with two minor flaws. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of both the sparkling river and the bustling city skyline. The lobby was impeccably clean, with modern decor and well-appointed furnishings creating an inviting ambiance. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly upon noticing the state of the carpeted hallway, which appeared in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite this initial impression, the cleanliness and comfort of my room quickly restored my confidence in the hotel. The spacious accommodations were meticulously maintained, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city below. The large windows provided an uninterrupted view of the river and cityscape, allowing me to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of my own space. The onsite restaurant promised a western breakfast; to be honest I had my doubts but my wonderful fiancé convinced me to book the hotel with the breakfast option included, however their idea of a western breakfast was toast, overcooked eggs, stale doughnuts and the rest you’ll refer to the pictures. While the dirty carpeted hallway was a minor disappointment, it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. With its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and stunning views, Roosevelt remains a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in the heart of the Chongching. I would gladly return for another visit, hopeful that the cleanliness of the hallway and the breakfast matches the caliber of the rest of the hotel in the future.

A nice hotel in a prime location in ChongQing, very walkable distance to the shopping / food district, as well as popular tourist spots such as HongYaDong and ShiBati. It is located directly above Raffles City shopping mall, which makes getting groceries or looking for a meal very convenient. The staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

酒店就在來福士正對面，樓層很高，視野特別好。房間十分乾淨，裏面還有小冰箱，投影儀，大浴缸，真的超級nice😄😄😄。酒店的小何利利非常熱情， 還親自帶我們去房間，必須點贊😄阿姨都是非常有禮貌喲，做衞生非常仔細。 整個入住體驗真的超級棒，一直忘記來評論了，是屬於我下一次去重慶依然會優先選擇的酒店。放兩張我們住的樓層的窗外風景，現場看房間的時候看到這一間不是完全對着江的，但我覺得對着這個建築也很好看就選了這一間。

honestly the best place to come when youre in chongqing the staff are young and lively, there is an in house chef that holds communal lunches and dinners for only 30+ rmb there are 6 adorable cats for you to play with, and a well equipped main room where you dine, drink, play board/card games as well as simply chatting the location is also prime for transport, where there is a metro station just downstairs that connects to most of the tourist sights, and there is also a garden outside with amazing views of the surrounding buildings that light up the night this is the first hostel i wished i could stay a lot longer for, and not just a place to sleep came here solo, left with many memories and friends! 我在重庆的吃山文化青年旅店等你!

Location of hotel is very very good in the middle of Jiefangbei. Downside is a bit of a walk from metro but then taxi is not expensive. Downisde of hotel is that on very high floor. Nice view but a hassle to get the lift. Hotel lobby also quite mysterious because its shared with 2-3 other hotels so needed to navigate a bit to find the right hotel lobby. Staff were nice and room was spacious enough and clean
