The newly opened hotel has very new equipment. The hotel environment is very warm, very designed and very interesting. The rooms are also large and comfortable, and the hot water is great! The front desk service is also super good. There are free snacks and drinks at the front desk. If you don’t have enough, you can add more. It is quite convenient to go out for fun, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to visit popular attractions. Chongqing is very good, and Maijia Shiqu Hotel is very good. I will come back next time if I have a chance!

酒店就在來福士正對面，樓層很高，視野特別好。房間十分乾淨，裏面還有小冰箱，投影儀，大浴缸，真的超級nice😄😄😄。酒店的小何利利非常熱情， 還親自帶我們去房間，必須點贊😄阿姨都是非常有禮貌喲，做衞生非常仔細。 整個入住體驗真的超級棒，一直忘記來評論了，是屬於我下一次去重慶依然會優先選擇的酒店。放兩張我們住的樓層的窗外風景，現場看房間的時候看到這一間不是完全對着江的，但我覺得對着這個建築也很好看就選了這一間。

A nice hotel in a prime location in ChongQing, very walkable distance to the shopping / food district, as well as popular tourist spots such as HongYaDong and ShiBati. It is located directly above Raffles City shopping mall, which makes getting groceries or looking for a meal very convenient. The staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

This hotel was beyond expectations. First, the hotel view is incredible and location is as central as you could ask for. There are also three bars/restaurants on the main floor (42) with exceptional views and good prices, staff is extremely helpful. Zoe, in particular, made us feel like VIP guests during our stay! The most important, though, is the service. As a foreigner it can be fairly difficult to get virus test and results. The hotel took care of everything for me, all the way down to sending someone to pick up my paper report and sending us a picture via WeChat so we didn’t need to worry about virus protection compliance. Next time in Chongqing, we will go directly back to this hotel!

The environment is beautiful and the location is good. It is very close to the Chongqing Eye viewing platform. It is very convenient to go to the Yangtze River Cableway. It is very close to several surrounding attractions. The room is comfortable and hygienic. The service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help. Excellent location, just infront of Raffles City. When we reached the building at midnight, we were at a lost how to get up to the 38th floor. We didnt know we had to change lift on the 30th floor. Our room was on a upper level, and the hotel staff was helpful in bringing up the luggage for us. Interesting concept hotel.

Stunning Views Amidst Clean Comfort and a few flaw at Roosevelt. My recent stay at Roosevelt offered a mix of breathtaking scenery and comfortable accommodations, albeit with two minor flaws. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of both the sparkling river and the bustling city skyline. The lobby was impeccably clean, with modern decor and well-appointed furnishings creating an inviting ambiance. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly upon noticing the state of the carpeted hallway, which appeared in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite this initial impression, the cleanliness and comfort of my room quickly restored my confidence in the hotel. The spacious accommodations were meticulously maintained, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city below. The large windows provided an uninterrupted view of the river and cityscape, allowing me to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of my own space. The onsite restaurant promised a western breakfast; to be honest I had my doubts but my wonderful fiancé convinced me to book the hotel with the breakfast option included, however their idea of a western breakfast was toast, overcooked eggs, stale doughnuts and the rest you’ll refer to the pictures. While the dirty carpeted hallway was a minor disappointment, it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. With its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and stunning views, Roosevelt remains a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in the heart of the Chongching. I would gladly return for another visit, hopeful that the cleanliness of the hallway and the breakfast matches the caliber of the rest of the hotel in the future.

The scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the facilities are complete. There are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. Hot water is also available every night. It is relatively clean. The location is particularly good. It is in the Everbright Building. There is a convenience store downstairs and restaurants around. In front of it is Raffles City. There is a platform in front of the mall and you can see the river view.

Very good location close to citycenter and subway station. Nice and clean Rooms. The bar in the evening is a must. Full off young and joyful people Staff nice and helpful. Only negative point is nobody speaks English but with app we can communicate.

Hotel service is good, the hotel is in a good location: very close to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Chaotianmen, and it takes ten minutes to walk. Downstairs is the subway station, Line 1 and Line 6, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the front desk service is good, there is a small problem with the invoice, it is actively solved, and the corresponding speed is very fast.
