I stayed with my friends. This was an experience that completely exceeded my expectations. There is an elevator with seven steps. Check-in is very convenient and the password check-in is very efficient. I don't sleep very well, so the housekeeper upgraded the room for me. It is very spacious. The decoration should be Nordic, relatively simple, but the furniture and appliances are complete. What's more worth mentioning is that the view of the room is very open, and you can't hear the sound of the corridor at night. In addition, there are not many apartments in Palm Springs, and this one is also very cost-effective. The top floor apartment does have many advantages. It is very safe to live in and privacy can be guaranteed.

From the bottom of my heart, the bosses are two old men, and their attitude is impeccable and very friendly.
But the room is really small. The first bathroom is really strange. The toilet is outside the toilet door and the door cannot be fully opened. You have to go in sideways. The shower head drain outlet is also difficult to get. There is no table in the room, and there is no place to put bags and children's things. The washbasin in the toilet is zero distance from the toilet. The room is quite small as a whole, and the aisle is also very narrow. The most important thing is that this room is 354 per room! Two rooms cost about 700 yuan a night, and there is no breakfast. The surrounding area is very deserted and it is difficult to buy things. It is difficult to find a place to eat. I understand that this is the off-season and it is normal that business around the scenic spot is not good, but this room price makes people feel that it is really cost-effective.

As shown in the picture, the room is very fresh and clean. The weather in Chongqing these two days is really suitable for traveling. The apartment is very close to the scenic spots, and the mountain trail next to it is a good place to take photos. One of the reasons for choosing a B&B-style hotel is that it has convenient facilities, including washing machines, refrigerators, and a large projector, compared to traditional hotels. You can also ask the housekeeper for travel tips at any time. Most homestays don't have a very good reputation now, but I personally feel this one is good and the housekeeper has a good attitude.

給個及格分吧，房間真的不怎麼樣，首先是房間面積很小，是榻榻米，基本上就能放上一個床，然後窗户的話也很小，房間的光線很不好。最重要的是房間的外邊就是其他樓的樓頂，不知道是風機還是什麼機器的聲音很大，會一直比較吵，不過好像晚上沒有這個聲音了吧，也沒有太注意，總之這房間還算可以吧。説不上好也説不上壞，價格的話，説不上貴也説不上便宜，就很一般吧。

Very well located apartment and the apartment was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. There was hot water available at the shower throughout our 7 nights stay. 18 Ladder (18 ti) is just 200 m away and can be seen from the window clearly on the 38th floor. Beautiful view of the Yangtze. Highly recommended.

SSudywoodyKaibu Courtyard is a little gem nestled in Nanping, South of Chong Qing, away from the hustle bustle of the mega city. In terms of location, it was perfect for me and my dad as it is in a residential area, short walking distance of convenience store, subway and plenty of local food nearby. The room was spacious. It's not really a room. It's more like a service apartment. Each unit comes with a living area, a spacious kitchen that is well equipped including a stove, fridge and a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. They took detail into making sure everything is available, like detergent, noodles, eggs and everyday, a fruit basket. if now, one can usually ask and they will provide almost immediately. The living room also comes with a foot bath and a massage pad which is handy for my dad who is elderly. Overall, I am super happy picking a friendly, personal service hotel that offers lots of warm, while staying in a location that enable me to experience the local culture better. A big shout out to Ms Xia and the nice housekeeper. I fully recommend the hotel to anyone who comes in a group or for those who want to experience warm, or local culture and local experience.

GGuest UserThis place was an absolute nightmare to find even though it’s right beside the metro station. Took 40 mins in the heat of summer of walking around with all my luggage asking locals where no one seemed to know where the hotel was. Eventually a younger woman knew the building and walked me to it.
Look for an underground parking lane, the doors may be shut but with someone sitting outside on a chair, the entrance to the hotel is 2 doors left of this up about 5 steps and then go down the right hand stairs not up the left.
The owner was pleasant and provided water on arrival but has no English so have a translation app ready.
The bed was clean but the room definitely needs repairs, cracks on walls and limescale all over the shower and shower curtain was ripped.
Overall for the price and location it was worth it as I was only staying 2 nights. Not sure I would return though.

TthesiblingLocation: amazing view. Probably the best I've ever had in any hotel.
But it was difficult to reach the room at first. The reception is located on the 47th floor and the room at the 44th. So first you need to take the first two elevators to the reception. Later you can use the last two for the room. Confusing, but once you have experienced it you get used to it.
All major attractions are close to the hotel. If you are willing to walk for ~20 min you can reach a lot. Other than that Didi takes you there quickly (even during international workers holiday). You also have a convenience store, some restaurants and a pharmacy close by.
Service: room service was great. Cleaned daily and the bed sheets were made too.
The receptionists were not really friendly and treated us not very personalized. But the cleaning staff is nice haha.
Room: amazing view, bed is comfortable but very squeaky and loud (was a little annoying), shower is great, bathtub features red LEDs. The TV has smart TV where you can order English movies. The room even has a sauna. A downside was that the door is pretty loud when closed uncontrolled. Therefore you sometimes hear neighboring room doors or people speaking. Didn't bother too much though.

GGuest UserFantastic location, right at the iconic Chaotianmen. It is located at the same complex as the huge Raffles City mall, and only a stone's throw away from the famous Hongya Caves and river cruise piers. There is also a metro station here that is well-connected to other lines. In fact, we can see the famous confluence of the two rivers from the balcony right outside the hotel lobby.
When we checked in, we were given a free upgrade. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and the bed mattresses were firm and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day of walking.
The service was excellent throughout and the service staff went the extra mile to help plan our sightseeing itinerary, purchase the cruise tickets and provide local dining options. Definitely a great recommendation for families and first time visitors to Chongqing!
A shout out to the concierge staff Orange and the porter Jack for their vibrant attitude and eagerness to assist the guests!

We are unsatisfied when we enter the room as my dad doesnt like the hotel corridor which are dark until we are upgraded free of charge to a 4 bedroom suite with a better brighter corridor. it's super huge and can fit up to 8 pax with a large living room. the facilities are quite old but its clean. Worth the stay and the service is excellent.

GGuest UserThis is a serviced apartment and I booked 2 x two bedroom River view apartments for my family of 6. We are from the UK and Hong Kong. The apartment was very spacious 128 sq metres with big living room, dining room, kitchen, separate laundry room, master bedroom + en-suite and walk-in closet and 2nd bedroom with bathroom. The view of the river was amazing. The property is right by the riverside in a relatively quiet area and next door is a police station. Chongqing is a very heavily populated city and it was somewhat of a relief to come back to a more peaceful area. It’s very safe and behind the property about 10 mins walk up the stair route is a shopping district. Note: this is a serviced apartment and there are families who live here on a longer term basis. I didn’t notice any big tour group style guests either. It’s not a huge famous branded hotel, so you need to carry the name card and address of the property to tell the taxi drivers.
The breakfast is a simple buffet style. More continental style with a few more hot add-ons like dumplings and eggs. You can also order takeout and the it will be delivered to your room via a robot!
The front desk staff are very helpful although they don’t really speak much English. However, they do try to use a translation app and we were able to converse. They would give us recommendations on tourist hotspots and detailed explanations on how to get there by public transportation. The staff may not be so international, but they are friendly, helpful and kind hearted if you give them some patience. I must commend Nancy from front desk for helping me to courier a jacket which I left in the wardrobe after check-out. It was delivered back to my home in Hong Kong the next day. Much appreciation for her texting me in English and having such a helpful manner.
I was able to use the washing machine/dryer for my laundry and found it thoughtful that they provided a sachet of washing powder. The appliances : fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric hobs are all good quality Siemens, Electrolux. Whilst the property is slightly dated, the decor of the rooms themselves are comfortable and clean and had the sense of quiet luxury. I would recommend that they put in a better quality of shower curtain to keep up with the rest of the decor. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels refreshed daily too. They don’t have cotton buds or cotton wool, toothbrush etc. in the bathroom trays like the do in normal hotels but the front desk do give you a set of toothbrush upon check-in. I believe this is something to do with an eco-friendly policy.
My family members used the pool facilities in the mornings and found it to be big enough for a good swim. The only thing they were not used to was lack of a life-guard manning the pool and also the sauna and steam room were a bit dated.
Overall, a very positive experience and good value for the price. It is like a home away from home and excellent for families who want to be together, yet also retreat to their own rooms.

GGenOhlsonThree stops away from the airport on line 3 (dark blue), this cute little apartment is suited perfectly for a day or two in the area. The building complex is conveniently situated right next to Huaxing subway stop, exit 1.
The building is called 'Huakai Youth City', but it's not a youth hostel specifically. It's a regular apartment building with families and people of all ages living there, so don't think you're screened off staying there on account of age.
The apartment itself is very clean with freshly laundered bedding and a small balcony that looks out onto the tree-lined street. A small kitchen has a couple of basics to supplement groceries bought. There is a supermarket directly under the apartment complex that could supplement any/all that you're missing. There are also a bunch of other amenities in the area including multiple pharmacies and a shopping mall.
The caretaker was very sweet and took a bunch of time out of his day to escort me personally down to the police station to register my passport in the area. Waited with me, accompanied me through the whole process and then took me all the way back. This would only apply if you're a foreigner.
The language barrier isn't an issue if you have a translation app set up or you could just add the person on Wechat and message translate.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable, with Eighteen Ladders right next to it, and it can be reached in a few minutes on foot. After visiting the ancient street and returning to the homestay, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are like a huge picture frame, perfectly presenting the river view and the night view of Chongqing. Under the night sky, the lights of the mountain city and the surging river complement each other, and you can't get enough of it. The room is clean and tidy, with all the facilities available. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The service of the homestay is even more considerate. The staff not only helps to plan the tour route, but also helps to make reservations for restaurants. It's like having a group of good friends in Chongqing. This accommodation experience is great, and I will not consider other places when I come to Chongqing in the future!

Llucy928The location is amazing, right at Jiefangbei, and you can see Jiefangbei from the room. There is a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun around. The hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and you can walk to popular attractions, which is super convenient for travel. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and they also recommended local itineraries when you check in. The room is cleaned very cleanly, with complete facilities, and the experience is perfect!
