ที่พักบ้านกัลยา ปฏิเสธการเข้าพัก และการจองที่จองมากับ Platform จองโรงแรม โปรแกรมเข้าพัก 29 ต.ค. ออก 30 ต.ค. 2022 แม้ว่าเราจองล่วงหน้ามา 4 เดือน แต่แจ้งว่าได้ปฏิเสธการร่วมให้บริการกับ Platform ต่างๆไปแล้ว และไม่ขอรับผิดชอบ เพราะได้ปฏิเสธไปหลายรายที่เข้ามาพัก แต่ไม่ได้เข้าพักเพราะเหตุผลว่าไม่รับจองผ่าน Platform บริการ โรงแรม จะรับจองกับการโทรตรงเท่านั้น เราเลยต้องไปหาที่อื่นๆในช่วงเทศกาลซะด้วยซึ่งไม่มี รร.ว่างซะด้วย ถ้าจะจองผ่าน Platform แนะนำว่าอย่าดีกว่า และทาง Trip.com น่าจะมีการตอบสนองมากกว่าการคืนเงินนะครับ ทำแบบนี้ดูง่ายไปใครๆก็บริหารได้ ......
