We booked a villa again but this time was assigned one by the beachfront road. Noise from cars and motorcycles disturbed us day and night. The villa’s terrace is spacious and cozy. The water from the pipe is brown color. Think it was leak and mixed with sand or soil. Air-con is noisy too. Breakfast is great and variety. Staff are nice and have smiling face.

No service or greeting was offered upon arriving to the hotel, had to carry in our own luggage’s in. Room full of insects alive and dead, pigeons free roaming in the corridors and flying around you and Asian hornets flying around the balcony. Water from the shower initially smelling like rotten eggs. The breakfast was not good with the food all cold despite being in warmers as the lids were left open. Stains on bedsheets and rock hard mattress making it hard to get a good nights sleep. Plus, fireworks and music on the beach can be heard until early hours of the morning. Housekeepers were kind but the place is so big they do not have time to clean the rooms. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

Got there early and checked in just in case they had rooms already available. Unfortunately, they didn’t. We waited until 3pm for regular check in and still no rooms available. I booked two rooms for 1 night. Finally got a room by 4pm but didn’t get the other room till 6pm. A hotel guest doesn’t actually get a full 24 hours already and now you made me and some of my elderly family members wait almost 3 hours past check in to get into a room that was reserved days ago. They didn’t compensate us for any of this, breakfast wasn’t included for some reason as well, so had to pay more for that. The part of the Bangsaen Beach where the hotel is, is very boring and lacks decent food and entertainment. Choose somewhere else to stay if you can!
