Room - The room has been renovated and looks good, except for the old and dirty blanket, and The pillow is very flat, old, and worn out.
Restaurant - The food variety is great, but there are issues that need improvement, particularly with the staff. For example, I ordered an omelet, and the chef said it would be served at the table, but I waited so long that I had to go ask about it. Many dishes were already prepared but left on the counter and not served. When I asked, the staff looked confused. Also, the omelet was undercooked and inedible. Overall, it seems the staff is unprepared.

Best location in Bang Saen. The hotel was undergoing renovation so the facilities were not available. The swimming pool and gym were closed. This was not informed during booking. Would have selected other properties.

I booked the Tide resort at last minute as i used to stay there. Hotel is under re-novation but it not distirb my staycation. I got new room facing to beach near lift.
Check in process was fine were wait for booking to hotel system about 5-7mins , service checkin staff was fine but he may need a bit more interpersonal skills. Overall great stay recommended
