When we got there it was already very dark. The room was not prepared at all. The electricity was cut off. There were no towels. We had to wait to reconnect the electricity for more than 30 minutes. After that, we continued our entertainment with the warm air conditioner while the weather was hot. The hotel asked me to wait, told them the weather was hot, waited and watched. In conclusion, the hotel gradually admitted that the air conditioner was broken and then changed the room to a new one. I was still annoyed. While moving things (moving them myself), the staff hurriedly took the key card. The room where the air conditioner was broken, the power cut out again, we took Suw to go, good thing there was no accident. Morning check out Just act like there's nothing. Came back this time and was very disappointed........... Service and preparation were considered disappointing.
