4.5/5
Excellent
GGuest UserVery good value for money. Good bed, good pillows, good bathroom, everything is excellent. If you come to Chonburi, you must stop by. Private, quiet, clean, cutely decorated, everything is right. Worth the price. The staff are smiling and ready to welcome and serve.
CChockdeeI booked the Tide resort at last minute as i used to stay there. Hotel is under re-novation but it not distirb my staycation. I got new room facing to beach near lift.
Check in process was fine were wait for booking to hotel system about 5-7mins , service checkin staff was fine but he may need a bit more interpersonal skills. Overall great stay recommended
GGuest UserJapan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold.
J Park also has a good fitness room.
The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom.
Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay.
The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling.
Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub.
No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.
AAnonymous UserThe room was quite nice with a big size, enough for 2 people to fit in. The staff is quite helpfull. The parking is very large and tidy. The breakfast, I didn't expect anything to be honest, it was really good! With many various different type of foods. Me and my brother really enjoyed till the last minute! I didn't expect this place to be this good. The location is also good too. Will definitely recommend to others and come back on my own for sure!
NNikki2Beautiful view room You can see the sea from your balcony. There is a living room, dining table, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, complete with dishes and bowls. The mattress is soft and comfortable. Ample parking There are guards watching all the time. Breakfast served to the room The service staff is very good and polite. The accommodation is at Wonnapha Beach. You can walk and travel. There are restaurants nearby. Or drive a little and you'll be at a restaurant. Many convenience stores
JJohnny EuroWe are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK).
The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe.
Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars.
Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast.
The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the gambling chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.
GGuest UserThe price is reasonable. The location is next to the main road and there is a motorcycle taxi next to the hotel. So it’s very convenient to travel to another place. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean. I stay there for one night and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
RRajput Akashlocation is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone
PPapungkornBreakfast was amazing good quality especially Japanese set, I loved it. Quiet place with 7-11 in a walking distance, even though they provided bicycle. The room was very very clean and reception was very friendly. Perfect! I will come back again.😍
GGuest UserWe booked five twin rooms for one week at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were given five single rooms. The receptionist did not speak English at all, but managed to explain that there were no twin rooms available. This was very frustrating, as we had booked the rooms a long time ago.
However, I want to extend a massive thank you to Trip.com, who were incredibly helpful and found a solution for us. Big thanks to Trip.com for arranging everything!
