location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

Hotel location and styling is good. Bedsheet is clean. But don't expect facilities ie. No breakfast (which not the same as when you do booking), TV, refrigeration ... Important part is motorcycle ride very noisy even after midnight and 1 pm.
