Typical of hotels in Tokyo, the space is a bit tight but it was definitely sufficient for 2 adults with plenty of under the table space to put our bags so they stay out of the way. The room was very clean; the toilet was very clean and amenities provided were of top quality. Excellent!

This is an apartment type hotel that is convenient for consecutive nights, which has already been taken care of several times. The rating of location depends on what you wanna see when you stay in Japan. If you wanna stay in a place that is not crowded, noisy and having a bit good view. I think you gotta love this one. It will be a bit far away from the city center of Tokyo. But all the things in here are really good, the staff are super friendly and the room is comfortable. Moreover, you don't have to worry about the difficulty of buying stuff, as there is a supermarket in front of the hotel. I really recommend you to stay in here for a night if you have a spare day or you are disappointed with Tokyo. This may really change your view. Don't just stay in the city centre.

The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

The Court Hotel has a nice looking lobby and great staff. That is about it. The rooms are you typical Japanese business hotel however they haven't been updated since the 1980's. The hotel rooms are old and tired. The air conditioning isn't really good. The bathrooms are small and the showers are not that good. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station and Yokohama Stadium. It's about a 5 min walk to both. There plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including a number of 7-11's and Family Marts.

The location is good, the room is renovated or beautiful? Some places. The air conditioner remains old and sounds quite good.
