This review is only for the cenote and other attractions on the grounds. The entrace fee was 420 pesos for the entire remainder of the day. The single natural cenote was very small with steep stairs and a low clearance throughout. It was one of the smaller cenotes I've been to and very crowded w kids. The pictures do not represenr the tiny pool. Very impractical for the price. The chlorine pool was as pictured but was a little littered w debris. The heart pool is just for photo ops and the river is really just a super short kuds attraction. The hammocks were nice to feel some peace but again the price is gouging. The staff was generally friendly and they gave a small beverage during the orientation.

We had the most wonderful visit here for our anniversary. The staff is amazing. Special shout out to Jorge and Naomi who checked us in, Oswaldo who was our waiter and story teller. And all the other staff, tour staff, wait staff, the cook who made the tortillas, the grounds keepers, etc etc. they made this the most magical experience. If you have a chance, I highly recommend this hotel. Our dinner was 5 stars. Our room was 5 stars. Our cenote expertise was 5 stars. I can’t say enough.

5/5 with this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating since we needed an extra cot to fit the people on the trip. The cenote is gorgeous, well lit up and you have a great pool and lazy river. The restaurant has top shelf liquor along with great mixed drinks. My favorite was the espresso machine carajillos. The beds were extremely comfy and the food - PERFECTION.

This review is for the cenote. The cenote is small and completely covered with no natural light. It is not bad, but very very overpriced at 350 pesos they charge. Also, the whole area above (pool, etc) is under construction, which is not mentioned in their webpage.

Incredible rooms, restaurant, food, staff, surroundings and cenote! Although a little pricey for Mexico, once you're there and experience everything, the cost is actually a great value. The free breakfast alone is amazing and, again makes the cost/value swing to a great value. One piece of advice, bring your own water. Although there are two bottles in your room, they charge for them and you'll need more for coffee and drinking.

Lo visite el di 19 de enero 2025, guiados por una operadora de tours, y mooooo grande decepción ,te ponen una pantalla de un dizque río artificial donde te ponen a. NAdar un ratito , después una alberca en forma de corazón que no entre x que no es muy llamativa, finalmente te bajan al cenote que tiene un diámetro como de 3 mts y profundidades varía les entre 44 cm y 5 mts donde solo te dejan Unos 15 minutos, buenas normal de seguridad . Dentro de la propiedad hay una alberca aceptable y un restaurante que tiene los refrescos más caros que he pagado una Coca-Cola de 125 ML en $70 pesitos!! Lo salvable las tortillas hechas a mano y el guía Harold!!!! Acude ahí si quieres nadar en una alberca ,pero piénsalo 2 veces para lo demas

Lindo lugar. Muy bien pensado. Solamente estuvimos por el día y nos gustó mucho. Comenzamos por la Seguridad es Primero; no te dejan andar solo y sin chaleco salvavidas en el cenote, ¡bravo por eso! Siempre vas acompañado de un guía / salvavidas y es obligado el uso de chaleco salvavidas. El restaurante es bonito, la comida buena y los precios razonables. El servicio es muy amable y muy bueno, en verdad vale mucho venir y comer aquí. Por mejorar hay dos o tres cosas. 1. Las sillas de las mesas con vistas a a la alberca están muy duras, habrá que igualar con las que están bajo la palapa principal. 2. Capacitar mejor la preparación de los platillos flameados; si bien estuvo bueno, estuvo incompleta la preparación.

Padrísima opción si quieres ir a un Cenote pero con comodidad y amenidades. Nosotros fuimos solo medio día, la intención era ir a un cenote, si es tu caso esta opción es excelente porque tiene un cenote muy bonito, limpio, iluminado, pero además tiene un restaurant con rica comida, baños, vestidores, mesas semiprivadas con ventiladores, meseros, lo que hace muy amena tu estancia.
