Well after reading a fair few negative reviews I wasn’t looking forward to my stay here as much as I should, please ignore those reviews we as a family had a fantastic stay! Yes the hotel does need a few little tweaks like fixing the shower heads & a lick of paint here & there but other than that it’s a great hotel & we were very lucky to get one of the 4 rooms with the best views overlooking the ocean… The food was lovely, fresh & loads of variation to try new things the only thing that they should do is let customers get their own drinks on a lunch & evening meal like they do at breakfast… All the staff so friendly & helpful & the entertainment on an evening very fun. Rooms cleaned every other day so nice & tidy all the time. The only negative is the location but everything just a bus ride away at €2 Daytime sports to play like water volleyball, polo, darts & pool which was fun especially in the pool as it was very hot & only in May!!! Would definitely return!!!

Thankyou Eleni Village for our lovely relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a 5* luxury all singing and dancing hotel with a 5* price tag, then this is not for you. We had a one bed spacious sea view apartment with a large private balcony. Fairly basic apartment, large bedroom with very comfy beds, lots of room for clothes, clean and tidy. Good water pressure in shower (over bath). Loo flushed well. Had a kettle, fridge, cups and glasses in what would have been a kitchenette at some point. We took our own coffee, tea and sweetex. Got milk from the handy onsite shop that sells virtually everything. A microwave would have been handy. As would a hairdryer, dustpan and brush, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer and key for the safe you can hire from reception. We had breakfast and evening in the restaurant. Being a smaller hotel the choices were a little limited but we managed to choose and enjoy all the food we had. The drinks were good. We drank our way through the cocktail menu, Some were better than others lol 😆 We very much enjoyed our time at the snack bar area. Mainly because of Soulla and the staff who were friendly and caring despite being busy. The area was kept clean and tidy. Also the peaceful sunbathing area with a lovely sea view so close to our apartment. Choraka is a mainly residential area with a few shops and restaurants. The evening entertainment was fun and varied. Highly recommended "pompadoms" Indian restaurant. And just opposite the hotel is St, George's Chapel , it is beautiful inside and out. We went into Pathos Harbour, which was also worth the visit. Our only negative was our instructions at reception to get to our apartment . The route we took went down several sets of steps with heavy suitcases late at night. Not the best of first impressions. The following day worked out we could have taken a much easier route, avoiding all the many steps, just the ones upto our apartment. For the price we paid for this holiday we were very happy. We had a lovely relaxing all inclusive holiday and will return.

Just celebrated my 50th birthday in Cyprus. Stayed at Eleni Hotel. Loved everything about it. The staff left me a bottle of champagne and a platter of fruits in the fridge for me. It was a pleasant surprise to come back to it in the evening. Really made my birthday extra special. Thanks Eleni staff.

yes it needs updating, but beds comfy and soft pillows, tele doesnt work, couldnt connect to wifi think it was my phone tho, yes the occasional small ant, shower was good, people moaning about the size of the towels need to bring their own, had a kettle but bring t bags /coffee. but we were very happy overall, the food was good always find something to eat, the restaurant staff were lovely, pool was clean, lots of sunbeds by the pool or further down by the pool bar. near the sea/beach but was rocky and couldnt swim. bus stop outside if you want to go exploring. evening entertainment was a bit dodgy, have seen better , but the bar staff were fabulous, thankyou to Demetra and Irene for going above and beyond ... just go and enjoy yourselves and ignore the bad reviews which seem a bit nit picky. make sure you say hello to prince the cat who resides in the bar area in the evening, the true owner of Eleni holiday village ,lol. oh and no hairdryer better bring one.

Awful, worse hotel ever. This is definitely not a 4* it’s a 2* at best. No slip mat in bath my husband slipped on first night hurt his back. No complimentary tea or coffee but there is a kettle in the room and cups? Sofas stained Lights on wall broken. No plugs for sink. Tv no English channels Two single beds pushed together. I sat on a chair to have a drink and it broke? The rail in the wardrobe broke. Bathroom light didn’t work. Stains on the walls No toiletries No iron or hairdryer Shower hose filthy Steps leading up to room broken. No one to help with bags when we arrived? My husband is disabled and I had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Had to pay for safe? Food was awful, we ate out nearly every day of our 14 day holiday, we were all inclusive. We arrived around 10.30pm and when we got to our room there was a green Carrie bag on the side which had 2 sandwiches and 2 apples? Because we’d obviously missed dinner. There’s a fridge in the room but it was left out on side, obviously we didn’t want to eat warm sandwiches. This is our first time to Cyprus I’d definitely come back but not to this hotel. The staff at the snack bar were brilliant though, they knew our order for drinks and always asked if we were ok?

We have just returned home after spending a week here and we had a lovely time. The hotel has stunning views, perfect for watching the sun set. The rooms are clean and functional however, I do think there are a couple of finishing touches missing- the bed sheets aren't great quality, there is no non slip mat in the bath and our shower curtain could have done with being replaced. The pool area is a great place to relax and the pool is good. There's a choice of drinks and each night there is a different theme for dinner, some food options were a bit samey each day but then again, I am a bit fussy. All staff are attentive and friendly, each and every one of them works really really hard. We enjoyed the entertainment and had a good laugh. There is entertainment for both adults and kids, so something for everyone! I would reccomend this place for families, couples and solo holidays! Sound does travel across the hotel so if you like going to bed early, this place may not be for you. I would reccomend a trip to the Harbour and taking a walk round the local area. We had an amazing week and have come back feeling very very relaxed.

Hotel is spotless to begin with! The room attendants work so hard and all the poolside is hosed down daily, they collect cups as soon as you put them down which is great and means no rubbish anywhere . Yes the rooms are dated but who cares? The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean! The only advice I would give is, be careful with young children having showers etc because there is no signs to say the water gets VERY hot and cold, I would also recommend a shower mat in the bath as it’s quite slippy BUT my room was spacious, clean and the view was alright. Don’t expect miracles for what this hotel lacks in modern decor it makes up with awesome, attentive staff who are very helpful and will tell you all you need to know about the area and also some fun facts! Special shout-out to the bar manager Ronnie a real gent with very good local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Food is okay and the salads are lovely and fresh although I would venture out for food because I’m a little bit of a food snob but there’s plenty of it and it’s hot and fresh just the variety for me. I also recommend you bring a hairdryer which we sometimes take for granted and the safe in the room wasn’t working but all in all excellent value for money and great for families with children. Not so much a single holiday but I enjoyed the peaceful poolside and the white wine is decent what more could you want. Also they really do have a variety of entertainment and themed food nights which is needed because it is quite off the radar but I think this adds an endearing quality to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for couples and families who want a happy, sunny. Safe holiday that’s not in the thick of it but isn’t for the people who wish to go to bed at 10pm.

First impressions of the hotel was lovely, easy check in, the views were stunning from the bar area. Hotel room was spacious, beds were comfy with extra pillows in wardrobe, our view from the balcony I feel was the best we had a sea view room to watch the sunset from the bed if you wanted to, food was in my opinion great, lots to choose from with amazing salad choices, my partner is a fussy eater but he managed to eat something each time. The snack options were good homemade burgers were nice. We didn't stay for many of the entertainment evenings but we're told they were good, the normal kids club then bingo before the main event. Shops are just up the road past the fat fig pub to the junction and left around 3 min walk. There is a shop in the hotel but a little pricey, so your better off going to the shop to get big water bottles. Staff couldnt do enough for you. All in all we loved our stay with eleni village. Tge pics are my personal ones.
