So I came to Akti Beach Hotel last march & enjoyed the experience, I returned this Yr & had an awesome time, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is amazing you have a different choice everynight, there is an inside gym with a jacuzzi & heated pool & shower, the staff are amazing kind & helpful, the complex grounds are beautiful and clean and it's like a little village with palm-tree and red yellow & green bushes & different plants and trees surrounding the apartments, the apartments are nice & big, you have a fridge, kettle, microwave, they give you a big bottle of water and a bowl of fresh fruit, you have cutlery, beds are very comfortable, and you have a little garden with table and chairs, the entertainment last yr was good, but this year it was amazing, better than last Yr, so I would like to say that was all down to Luke, so well done Luke, Luke also entertains you with a game of bingo everynight and not forgetting Jazz who fills in for Luke, she a lovely girl very friendly, she will get you up to dance she's lovely, I have never written a review before, good or bad, for anything or anyone, but felt I had to this once, thankyou Akti Beach Hotel and all staff and a big thankyou to the chefs and cooks for the beautiful Birthday Cake you made my cousin pete for his birthday, compliment's of the hotel and a massive thankyou especially to Luke for such a fantastic 11 days of the best entertainment yet, see you all next year

This hotel is fab! We went on 23rd Nov until the 30th Nov 2024 and wasnt sure what to expect as we got a really good deal with Easyjet. Well we had no need to doubt anything,we arrived 5hours late and as we missed dinner they gave us a packed lunch and the AL had finished aswell but were given a drinks voucher for the bar. I asked for a room close to the hotel as i have a knee issuse, thats exactly what we got,a really spacious room with everything we needed. The bed was the most comfy bed ive slept in and the view from the wee patio was lovely, right onto the smaller pool,we could see the sea from it aswell. Start with the positives, breakfast was so so good! The best ive had in any hotel! The staff are so lovely, the drinks were fab,im a white wine drinker and it was the nicest AL wine ive had,Entertaintment was brilliant considering it was the last week of the season,Elvis on the fri night was outstanding. Drinks brought right to our table every night is brilliant! Luke is an asset to the hotel and well,Jazz you really went over and above to find candles for my 50th birthday cake my partner was so stressed about them but you saved the day, your such a beautiful friendly lady, thankyou so much I had my 50th there and got engaged the same day❤️ everybody was so lovely to us,the guests that week were so nice. My partner really enjoyed getting involved in all the day time activites, and dancing with Elvis Beautiful sunsets and scenery to just sit and relax. Now the only 3 negatives we found were,1,, the pool guy was cleaning the filters(im sure) at 6.40 every morning and he was banging them very loudly on the groung which woke us up everyday, 2,,,, the food could be hotter at mealtimes, and 3,,,, there were so many broken steps leading from pool area up to the car park and many cracked glass screens on the bar balcony outside, but as it was the last weekof the season im sure these will be sorted befor it reopens. We are already looking to rebook for nxt year, thank you all so so much for a holiday we both wont forget❤️

this was our first time in Cyprus, we just wanted a good base where we could choose to stay and relax or get out and about and this hotel certainly covered our requirements, The hotel was very clean and tidy on the whole but there are areas that are in need of work, loose hand rails, small issues in the apartment with wear and tear but its such a huge hotel its obviously a never ending task, Walking from the main hotel building to the apartments/studios is like a rabbit warren and we got lost countless times. The pathways are made of crazy pathing so could cause issues with anyone with mobility problems, I would defiantly advise taking a small torch for night time. We stayed on all inclusive basis and the food was very good, lots of variety, constantly replenished, Each night was a different theme, my favourite was Mexican. The staff were friendly and helpful , there's entertainment all day every day and evening for those that like to 'join in' personally I found the guy that did the entertainment irritating but that's purely personal .The outside areas were also clean and tidy, plenty of comfortable well maintained sunbeds by the pools and down towards the sea. There is a walkway that passes along the coast right along to the harbour but this means that there are constantly people walking, cycling, jogging walking dogs etc This walkway passes the sunbed area which is not at all enclosed so privacy/security is a small concern. On the whole I would recommend this hotel, it is on the outskirts of Paphos with little within walking distance which was fine for us as we hired a car for a few days to get out and about

This was our 3rd year at this hotel and loved every minute of our 2 week stay.We met up with people we have made friends with over the last 3 years staying at the same hotel. We do wish the food was hotter or at least have a couple of microwaves so we could heat ours up not much fun eating cold scrambled eggs in the morning..there was plenty of food and choices so didn't go hungry. The rooms were very well equipped and very spacious and cleaned and fresh towels daily. I have to say that the main activities leader Luke Flint made our holiday with his enthusiasm and friendliness and sense of humour...well done Luke .The main downside is the location if you have mobility issues as its a Bit off the beaten track...but on the whole..very good time was had and we are looking to return in 2025 .

This was our third visit to Akti, and my second review. I rated it highly last time, and this visit was much the same. There are tweaks from year to year, but broadly it is the same as always. And that is good. We have a great 3 weeks here, and have already booked for 2025 to do the same. The location works well for us, with Paphos being either a 50 minute walk or a short bus trip away. The sunsets here are legendary. The hotel has a busy vibe, but parts of the resort offer respite from that if you prefer. So, we will be back. We have scores to settle on the boules pitch!

We travelled to Paphos and stayed at the Akti Beach Hotel & Village Resort between 27th September and 7th October 2024, travelling with Jet2 Holidays, with All Inclusive Board. We stayed in Room 757, a Junior Suite. WiFi in the room was excellent and throughout the hotel. The transfer to the hotel takes about 40 minutes but that was late at night so don't know if traffic affects that during daylight hours. The hotel is older than surrounding hotels and there is lots of development further away from the hotel and it is competing with other larger newer hotels but do not be fooled by this, it is punching well above its weight. We arrived about 1130pm and greeted by the check in staff and from that moment onwards they set the bar and which was repeated day after day by all staff. They were so welcoming, helpful and always at hand, from the check in staff to the room maids, to the restaurant staff and bar staff, all were excellent in welcoming you and always smiling. The room was huge, clean and had a huge balcony with 2 sun-beds on but enough room to fit a further 2 on. Also had 2 chairs and a table and fantastic views along with robes and slippers. Bed was a dream, even looked at finding the make of it but only to find it is made in Cyprus. The main hotel is located on 4 floors. Lower ground which accesses the gym, spa, restaurant (Breakfast and Evening Meal) and to the larger of the 2 outdoor pools and the eating area for lunch and pool bar. The ground floor is reception, lobby main bar (opening on an evening) and access to the rear smaller pool along with its own bar. The front main pool is more vibrant and busier and the small back pool is more quite and sedate and great to chill out. The first and second floors are for accommodation and the hotel is serviced by one lift but using the stairs especially between the Lower Ground and Ground is no hardship. The rest of the hotel is like village accommodation on 2 levels. Next to the hotel is a small "mini mart" which has most things you might need in stock. The front pool area is the main sunbathing area and is divided into 3 areas, around the pool, a grassed area amongst palm trees, which has plenty of sun-beds and finally the beach area which also plenty of beds. There is a dividing wide path between the grassed area and the beach area which is great place to for a walk first thing in a morning. During the time we were there we never saw all the beds full. The second pool has beds around the pool. The distance to the beach shore line from the pool edge is less than 100 metres. The whole area is maintained well and kept clean daily. Always looks well. When it comes to food I am quite a fussy eater and my wife is also Gluten intolerant. But I have to say that this is probably one of the best All Inclusive food I have tasted. Breakfast I always like to have porridge and noted that the porridge was "lactose free" and made from Oats Milk, I had my doubts about this but some of the best porridge
