We fully recommend this hotel if you want to stay at a smaller, all inclusive, quiet and friendly hotel. It's situated 10 mins walk to the main road bus stops to the harbour & Shopping Mall or Coral Bay, but has no restaurants/shops nearby. Hence its quiet and relaxing location. There is an ATM nearby and a free hotel shuttle bus to and from town 4 times daily. There is a small beach area you can safely go in but wear swim shoes because of the rocks and pebbles around. There is a coastal path to the harbour. We stayed in a family suite which was larger than average accommodation. Clean with large bedroom, very comfy bed, kitchen/dining area with microwave and fridge, tv couch section and large balcony overlooking the main pool. Only issue is the bathroom is not laid out very practically! You'll need to sit on the loo sideways if you have long legs otherwise your knees touch the vanity unit and you have to get in the bath to shower or wash younger kids as the taps are at the far end, behind a wall !! You get towels and fresh water in your fridge every day. The two pools were perfect temperature and depth and the sunbeds the most comfy ones we've ever relaxed on. Every day around 4pm you can join in the water volleyball which is super fun for participants and for everyone watching. They also do tennis, boules, darts, table tennis and have a kids club. Evening entertainment was ok but do join in, you're on holiday! The food : now we have stayed at many all inclusives which have vast displays of food but this hotel proved its not size that matters but quality of food. The desserts ... well, just saying we all put on weight! I'm allergic to garlic so have trouble eating everywhere I go.... but not here. On day one, Dimitrios took me under his wing and for the week, him and the restaurant staff told me what I could and could not eat and even specially cooked food for me without garlic so I didn't miss out on their themed nights. Let's say they went above and beyond for me, something I have never experienced before. Again, the waiting staff, both in the restaurant and around the sunbeds were the friendliest and hardest working we've ever encountered. Do try to engage with them all and make the effort to find out where they are from and learn a little of their language as some are far from home. From Reception to security, pool staff, cheerful cleaners & gardeners, to the animation team, Louis Group management should be so proud of their staff at this hotel. They made us feel safe, relaxed and very welcome.
