The hotel cannot in any way live up to the expectations raised by the website and the photos. Compliments to the marketing agency and the photographer. We arrived at night and the first impression was extremely dreary. Totally uncharming and cold entrance hall, which would do justice to any emergency room in a hospital. Cold, white, bright light everywhere in the hotel, which does not create any kind of coziness. Rooms cheaply renovated and pretty run down. The room also has this unpleasant, bright, cold lighting. Toilet so narrow that there was hardly any room to sit down. Never again

A wonderful greeting when we arrived at reception, with Cypriot sparkling wine on arrival and a trolly service to our room. The room was spacious and very clean with water and sandwiches in the fridge for our late arrival which was a lovely touch. Two air con units kept the rooms very cool, only slight downside was the shower gel/shampoo quality could have been better. Beds super comfy with great blockout curtains for a dark sleep. Pools were lovely and clean though were very warm at 31c, they could probably be filter cooled in this day and age. Plenty of sun beds and again super comfy. We preferred to sit nearer the beach area on the grass as a little cooler than around the pool areas. Bar service was faultless with drinks offered whilst at the beds too. Food was all lovely though could have done with maybe a bbq option to break up having to go back to the buffet for every meal. I would also recommend some artwork in the restaurant and bar area as all very plain white and clinical. Some background music would also help give a little atmosphere. Outside night entertainment (rather than all inside) such as a guitar player or even just a speaker with some acoustic playing would give the place a little more life. Very chilled hotel, so perfect for recharging. If you want a little more night life you can head to some local bars and restaurants which were a 20 min walk away from the hotel. The little beach area was perfect for cooling down and swimming. Would have sea shoes as a little rocky but fun to play in the waves. Overall if i am looking at a chilled quiet week away I would come back.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, clean and maintained everyday by staff coming to do house keeping. The staff were incredible, their service was amazing. You can really see how hard they work to make sure that guests feel comfortable. The food was one of a kind. Every day there was a different theme and different types of food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all just amazing, the dessert for each course was unreal too. SO SO good. I wanted to highlight the staff from this experience. The waiters worked so hard and made sure everything was prepared for us. I am so impressed by their work and they deserve a big big round of applause. The entertainment was very good. The entertainment team is an organisation called WAMA VIBES, they are all spread out in different hotels across Cyprus. However, the team were so amazing and so kind, very very impressed. There was also a free shuttle bus to the Harbour or the big shopping centre. I thought this was so convenient and obviously we had to use this. Overall I highly recommend this wonderful hotel, and their amazing staff. I will definitely be coming back one day. — Just to say, they serve the best Pina Colada EVER!!☺️

We fully recommend this hotel if you want to stay at a smaller, all inclusive, quiet and friendly hotel. It's situated 10 mins walk to the main road bus stops to the harbour & Shopping Mall or Coral Bay, but has no restaurants/shops nearby. Hence its quiet and relaxing location. There is an ATM nearby and a free hotel shuttle bus to and from town 4 times daily. There is a small beach area you can safely go in but wear swim shoes because of the rocks and pebbles around. There is a coastal path to the harbour. We stayed in a family suite which was larger than average accommodation. Clean with large bedroom, very comfy bed, kitchen/dining area with microwave and fridge, tv couch section and large balcony overlooking the main pool. Only issue is the bathroom is not laid out very practically! You'll need to sit on the loo sideways if you have long legs otherwise your knees touch the vanity unit and you have to get in the bath to shower or wash younger kids as the taps are at the far end, behind a wall !! You get towels and fresh water in your fridge every day. The two pools were perfect temperature and depth and the sunbeds the most comfy ones we've ever relaxed on. Every day around 4pm you can join in the water volleyball which is super fun for participants and for everyone watching. They also do tennis, boules, darts, table tennis and have a kids club. Evening entertainment was ok but do join in, you're on holiday! The food : now we have stayed at many all inclusives which have vast displays of food but this hotel proved its not size that matters but quality of food. The desserts ... well, just saying we all put on weight! I'm allergic to garlic so have trouble eating everywhere I go.... but not here. On day one, Dimitrios took me under his wing and for the week, him and the restaurant staff told me what I could and could not eat and even specially cooked food for me without garlic so I didn't miss out on their themed nights. Let's say they went above and beyond for me, something I have never experienced before. Again, the waiting staff, both in the restaurant and around the sunbeds were the friendliest and hardest working we've ever encountered. Do try to engage with them all and make the effort to find out where they are from and learn a little of their language as some are far from home. From Reception to security, pool staff, cheerful cleaners & gardeners, to the animation team, Louis Group management should be so proud of their staff at this hotel. They made us feel safe, relaxed and very welcome.

Just been for a lovely week long holiday for the Easter holidays. Our first time in Cyprus. This hotel is a lovely family hotel. We had the best time & wished we had booked longer! We got a family suite which had a kitchen area with dining table, two single beds, wet room with walk in shower and then a big bedroom with a king bed. The room was lovely with a balcony outside with part sea view. The showers do flood a little so just be cateful as they get slippy! The food was one of the best inclusive buffets. It had a different theme every single night. Italian, Mexican, carvery etc. do much fresh meat and fresh salads. The Chef dimitrius does such a good job! The kids also loved the food there was something for everyone it was all so fresh. Breakfast and dinner time just as good! Lots of food choices. Lorena who helped with drinks orders and clearing up was so lovely and so helpful! You could also get snacks in the day time burgers chips nuggets Greek salad and cakes etc. The drinks were also very good you can get any cocktails and beers, cold coffees with vanilla ice cream in were so nice, kids mocktails, slushes and milkshakes. Daytime and evening entertainment was very good sorry have forgot all your names!! But you were all amazing with Lacey and Joseph. Kids club In the daytime and dancing round the pool them for adults you can do ping pong and darts. We did lots of day trips out - king of the tombs, coral bay, the harbour which we walked the coastal route took us 1.5hrs to walk that with the kids and then got the free shuttle back from George, Paphos zoo which was amazing and then also the mall. Bus route is very easy to do. 615 basically takes you to where you need to be. The sunset from the back of the hotel was amazing! So so pretty. The sunbeds were also so comfy thick cushions. We used the indoor pool on a couple of cloudy days so that was nice and warm as the main outdoor pool is quite chilly on a cooler day but once the weather is hot it’s fine. A lovely clean well kept pool. We don’t usually return to places as we do like to travel a lot to different places but if we want a quick trip somewhere I would 100% return here we got such good value for our money and the staff are so so friendly! Thanks for an amazing stay.

We arrived in the early hours and were given a lovely helpful greeting, booked in and shown to our rooms. During our stay we experienced high levels of service and cleanliness. The food was amazing. Each night had a theme for the food, you can literally try lots of different dishes and never be bored. All of the staff work so hard to make your holiday memorable. From the reception, restaurant and kitchen, they all take a pride in what they do. The entertainment team seem tireless and friendly in organising events during the day. They make it look easy. Special mention to housekeeping , as we had a couple of minor issues with our room but these were sorted almost as soon as they were reported. The facilities were really good. Nothing was too much trouble, which enables a relaxing stay. We will remember this holiday because of the smiles we were given by the staff from start to finish. It’s definitely a place I would recommend and come back to.

I went with my boyfriend in September and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we got to the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful - in particular, Maria Vroullou was very attentive. The room was a good size, nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The best part of the hotel for me was the food. I am a meat-eater and loved all the dishes that were on offer. But what was the best about our experience is that my boyfriend who is vegan was very well accommodated for - I would say the most we have had in a hotel abroad. They would make special vegan dishes for him that would match the theme of the night (attached are pictures of the vegan risotto and 2 vegan desserts). A massive and special thanks to the head chef Angelos for this experience because he went above and beyond to ensure my boyfriend not only had food options but also created tasty food. The drinks were also tasty with many options to choose from. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and I would recommend staying here when visiting Paphos.

We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. There were four of us, in two rooms, a couple with our 17 year old son and his friend. Lovely welcome at reception by two lovely ladies, with a glass of fizz. Explained everything we needed to know. Our rooms were in block 19 near reception. Nice big studio rooms with kitchenette with microwave, kettle and decent size fridge. Bottles of water provided every day. Coffee, tea and little milk pots. Comfy beds with extra pillows and duvet in the wardrobe if needed. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Perfectly acceptable shampoo/shower gel pump in the shower, and hand soap by the sink. Ladies…need to take own hair conditioner though. Very good sized balcony with further shared part out the front with a veranda overlooking the main pool, and the sea beyond. Fabulous sunsets. There were four rooms in a row where we were..rooms 191-194 … which would be perfect for a larger group as the balconies all join up… nice for morning coffee or drinks in the evening all together. Same the other side in block 1. Nice patio furniture too. We were above the bar so easy to pop down and get drinks.. they just ask you if you’re taking it back to your room and will give it to you in a plastic cup. Saw people taking whole bottles of fizz and wine back to rooms. Two pools…large family one (with a little toddler pool with a canvas shade) up near the main bar and restaurant, also a separate pool bar. This main pool is more sheltered from any wind. Then there’s a lovely adults only pool nearer the sea also with its own bar, loos and showers. A further grassy area with loads of sun beds is further on from the adult pool. It was breezy when we were there, so we had to retreat up to the main pool or our balcony a couple of afternoons. Pools were cold but bearable…but it was only April. Our son and his friend went in the indoor pool a few times and said it was warm. Now the sun beds….these have got to be the most luxurious, thick sun beds we’ve ever seen. And, when we were there, in the school Easter break, there were always plenty of them. We did see a few people reserve them but we never had a problem getting some. Lovely view from this pool through the palm trees…gorgeous light in the late afternoon; the sea goes silvery pink. Staff….the staff were all wonderful but unfortunately I cannot remember many names. Eirene, the hostess in the restaurant was lovely. Dipak and Dan at the adult pool were great bartenders…always coming round (seemed about every 15 mins!) to see if you wanted anything. They will make virtually any drink you ask for. Lovely ice cream and coffees too. They were also tidying up all the time. Everywhere was spotless. No dirty or broken furniture. We also loved the lady with the dark curly hair on reception, and the waitress with grey hair. All super. It was my birthday while we were there and they sent me a bottle of Prosecco to the room (without my partner requesting it?) and a cake at din
