The setting is described best by relax. Everything about the hotel and amazing surrounding property slows you down a few steps and forces you to relax. Wry accommodating rooms. Comfortable sleep. Restaurant has very good food and service, you can eat here several nights in a row with ease. Good breakfast in the AM and pub in the PM.

On the positive note the hotel is located close to Warsaw and it takes only 1.5 h to get there. It makes this place an obvious option for a town get away. The rooms are clean and tidy.However some of them require a better maintenance and being refurbished again.The food is decent and of a nice variety.I would say that you can enjoy a nice Polish style restaurant.The restaurant staff is great (right people in the right place who do a fantastic job). The SPA is also ok. On the other hand I totally agree with some existing comments here referring to the reception desk ppl. A true drama!!! Incompetent, rude ppl knowing nothing about customer service.A big fat ZERO of customer service approach and simple human respect!!!!They do not even bother themselves to say hello upon guest arrival!! Another thing that is very disappointing here is the stable and its offer. The hotel rules state that if you want to enjoy any of the sable services you should book them 2 weeks in advance. The problem is that you cannot neither contact the stable by mailing it’s staff nor by phoning it (they simply do not pick up the phone). So long story short it looks as the marketing thing rather than real service. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends nor come back here again!!!

Magical place. Positive energy. Wonderful park. You can have a wonderful rest. Complete relaxation. Incredible Time Chamber. I recommend it not only for a short two-day weekend. You have to stay here to feel the place. Generally - ok. Good cuisine.

💕 A charming place with an interesting history. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by a park full of historical curiosities and relaxation zones. A big plus is the spa facilities, especially the pool without added chlorine and the Roman baths, where everyone will find something suitable for themselves. 💕 I had the opportunity to be in this wonderful place recently for a photo session 🌿😊 an amazing interior and lots of interesting places for beautiful photos. 🌿💕
