第一次來池州玩，感覺特別好，吃的開心，住的舒心，玩的盡興。從攜程訂的池州大九華酒店，訂了一個湖景房。我們剛從車上拿出行李箱，酒店服務員就過來接我們的行李，指引我們辦理入住，房間也是按我們的要求準備的，很肅靜，觀湖景很美。房間是新中式風格，我很喜歡，枕頭和床睡的舒服。晚上下樓吃飯路過大堂跟服務員説了一下空調不太給力，沒太報希望能有改善，因為很多酒店的空調都是中央空調，取暖不太好。但我們在吃飯的時候就收到酒店電話，説明瞭空調不給力的原因，並且現已出熱風了。感受到酒店對顧客的重視和負責，服務體驗滿滿。第二天一早去九華山時，請酒店將為我們準備的簡餐裏的水放回房間，不用打掃衞生。晚上回到房間，水已放好，私人物品位置未動，但貼心的收拾了衞生間，更換了垃圾袋，拖鞋等物品，還送了水果，服務貼心到位，有分寸感，很喜歡。早餐的中西餐品種多，鹹淡適口，服務員也熱情周到。這次來池州玩的很開心。
