客觀的評價一下，房間環境非常好，乾淨衞生，可以説是物超所值，我是過來考試的，要到中午才結束，提前和老闆溝通後，老闆免費給我延到2點退房，服務態度賊好，房間里居然還有獨立的洗衣機和冰箱，而且還配備了洗衣液，可説很貼心了，房間裏面還有弔籃坐在裏面挺爽的。這個一定要點贊，説了這麼多，希望我考試能過✌!

位置很好找，就在方圓薈廣場上面，停車很方便，服務態度也挺好，樓下吃飯很方便，房間乾淨衞生，而且非常大，關鍵是投影效果賊好，所有視頻資源都是免費的，這點很滿意!

酒店很不錯，價格不貴，但是品質好，馬桶是智能的。還有浴缸。裝修很新，很有徽派風格。一次性拖鞋質量也特別好。唯一缺點是洗澡水時冷時熱，希望改進。其他都特別滿意

位置很便利，靠近商超和平天湖。
停車有提供停車券。
房間隔音效果不好。
床單被罩需要注意一下，提前看有問題可以讓老闆換。我們是晚上住的，睡覺時才發現床單上有細毛毛，感覺不太乾淨，睡下後身體癢。太晚來不及換了。

整體上環境舒適，乾淨整潔。老闆深知我們這些在外奔波人的辛苦，服務的也是熱情周到。最主是要停車方便，周邊購物餐飲特別齊全，很難得找到這麼符合我心意的酒店公寓，下次出差肯定首選這家。

先開始訂的影音房在六樓，一進門我就踩死一衹蟲子，裏面濃濃的劣質香味，受不了拿到陽台結果房間一股濃濃的煙味，難以接受，讓幫忙給換到16樓，結果一晚上就聽到隔壁電梯上上下下，噪音太大，花了200多（比平時工作日溢價100）住了個所謂升級的噪音房，真是令人噁心，廁所連紙都沒有可笑至極，太晚也沒辦法折騰了！！！！

訂的房型沒有為啥要開，換了頂樓那個房型一看就是特價房，把人當**呢，後來退了換了影視房，房間牆紙脱落，衞生間還跟臟，問有沒有停車券，説有，車子開進來不到退房不能開出去，開出去再進來就不給，前台跟老闆那態度，呵呵
