Very good location. Close to main market area and shopping mall. Great park nearby for a nice walk and amazing coffee place (Saviour) just outside to the right of the hotel

The check-in experience was terrible. First, after taking a shower, I found that the bath towel was shabby. Then when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the lights in the room could not be turned off. I called the front desk and asked me to wait for ten or twenty minutes... After waiting to no avail, I called again. The electrician came into the room in the middle of the night but couldn't fix it. Then he changed our room to a triple room. The air conditioner was as noisy as a tractor. Forget it, it was past 11 o'clock in the middle of the night and the children were already asleep. I was too lazy to find the front desk.
