從入住這家格林豪泰酒店開始就感受到了前台接待的優秀服務。客房乾淨整潔，跟圖片一致，酒店除了提供日常洗漱用品之外，還提供了一次性馬桶墊套，細節做的很到位哦。另外，免費地下停車場很寬敞，我因為是電車，酒店旁邊有很多充電樁可以充電，充電停車免費，很方便哦。

2025年6月16日 晚上11點登記入住開的還是最角落的房間，想想這麼晚了也沒要求換。
也是奔波一天剛陪完晚上第一波客户回酒店休整一下準備去見第二波客户，到房間發現沒有一次性拖鞋想想算了 晚上還得出去回來再洗。
凌晨2點多回到酒店問前台要託鞋 前台很陰陽怪氣的語氣我們前台沒有拖鞋，房間裏肯定有你沒有找到你上去再找找沒有在給我送 當時有點生氣一雙拖鞋而已啊 沒説一句話回房間了。房間就差沒把床翻過來了確實沒有 房間電話也打不通前台，最後沒辦法手機打接了，我報完房間號 話沒説完，前台來了一句沒關係 我讓大叔給你送，我坐在床邊點根煙越想越氣 越想越氣什麼叫她沒關係，凌晨快三點了 一雙拖鞋搞了三十分種，我打電話給攜程投訴 ，攜程的客服：一個勁勸我大度前台小姑涼也不容易，勸我向善呢，我不大度前台的時候就要罵人了，我不大度我恨不得把酒店給她燒了！
我不知道怎麼形容昨晚的心情 有種《讓子彈飛》裏面吃了一碗麪非要説兩碗麪的無奈和憤怒，我大抵是以後連攜程都不會用了，我不知道酒店的人或者攜程的人能不能看見，也不知道他們能不能體會到我的憤怒，體驗真的很差 很差。

地點很好臨近平天湖，清䢅可去湖邊看日出，旅館服務員責任心強態度特好，早歺品種豐富，以後來池州還住這家。
