Hôtel de base OK pour seulement une nuit. Chambre petite et froide. Les possibilités de charger ses appareils sont limitées. Bien situé sur la grande place de Chivay. Au déjeuner (de base) le monsieur était complètement dépassé. Un endroit de passage pour se rendre au Col de Colca.

En primer lugar, el personal es amable, atento, cordial y muy profesional. El desayuno fue muy bueno y variado. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y con buena iluminación. Fueron muy serviciales para ayudarnos a tomar un taxi para ir y volver de los baños termales. Estuvimos en temporada de frio, pero dentro del hotel era muy cálido y siempre se preocuparon por que nos sintiéramos cómodos. Muchas gracias, lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares.
