Wanted a hotel as close to the station as possible, this waas a 3-4 minute walk. Very clean, rooms a good specification. TV did not work unfortunately. Booked a room with breakfast, but options very limited. Even toast was not possible strangely. Took the decision to leave on an early train, before breakfast, on the second morning. Downlights outside the front windows were a bit of a nuisance in the night, but not the end of the world. Staff not helpful. Wanted advice on best price for a driver to the fort on the first day, but the receptionist simply 'phoned a tuktuk driver and passed the mobile over. Refused to take the call, and left, to make our own plans.

Stay was clean. Receptionist was available from early morning till late night. That was helpful. One issue was that lift was not available. Had to climb 3 flight of stairs

Room was good tv not working location was excellent. Walking distance from chittorgarh railway station. Food in the hotel was average. Staff was good, but the owner was excellent in behaviour.

room was okay but service very poor. staff was not at all cooperative. did not give the bill not refund money as i had booked for 2 days but stayed only for a day. will never recommend this hotel for women travellers. 🤨

The hotel was right next to the railway station. It was clean but some repair works were going on during our stay. The food menu was not that good. Also, there was no lift in the hotel. Good for one-night stay.

Stay was comfortable. Only thing was that the hotel did not have an elevator so if you have luggage plan accordingly. The washroom was clean but it could be better. There is a scope of improvement.
