By far my worst hotel experience in all of Rajasthan. The reception is in the second floor which is already a bad start. The lock the gate at 11 and you can't get out from the first floor because the lift simply doesn't work there. The staff were extremely unprofessional and plain rude. The receptionist always treated us with suspicion like we were planning to steal something. Horrible experience overall. 0/10 is the rating.

The worst hotel I have stayed at. Very rude staff, and unclean facilities. Pictures shown do not match the actual rooms. Disgusting place, not maintained at all. The staff started blaming us because someone else checked out and they “thought” they gave them the wrong key.

Cleaning was very poor, toilet was horrible, the blanket was in torn. After discussing blanket changed but was very dirty. Basic facilities like water not available

Near to rail track so frequently getting disturbance of trail noise. Rooms are not so clean and upto the mark compared to they charged.

I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. Here are the main issues I encountered:
1. Suffocated Rooms: The rooms were cramped and uncomfortable.
2. AC Issues: The air conditioning was not working, making our stay quite uncomfortable.
3. No Hot Water: We were unable to access hot water during our stay, which is unacceptable.
4. Unprofessional Staff: When I approached the owner to discuss these issues, he was dismissive and used abusive language. His behavior towards my family and me was completely unprofessional.
I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
