Fui invitada al ****** por unos amigos, el único estacionamiento disponible estaba al frente del hotel donde habían 2 espacios disponible para personas con discapacidad. Un empleado del hotel, nos dijo que no podíamos usar el estacionamiento, Fue verbalmente abusivo. Yo era la pasajera del auto y tenía a plena vista mi permiso para usar el espacio de discapacidad. Definitivamente creo que el hotel y su personal necesitan ser mejor entrenados en este tema. Quedamos en ir al ****** de CHITRÉ que si nos atendieron con mucho cordialidad. Vivo en el extranjero y la mala experiencia va a a ser mi recomendación.

Me encanto el servicio desde k uno llega. Buenas habitaciones y privado. El restaurante tiene variedad de menu y lo mejor es la bebida complementaria del hotel gratis k recibes al llegar. Te explican todo y todo es muy completo. Me encanta la piscina con musica y placentera. Hay descuentos para los séniors. Gracias a todos por su servicio chicos, Isa de California USA

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und Hängematte, direkter Zugang zum Pool und der Poolbar. Allerdings hat uns das Frühstück nicht gerade überzeugt. 1. Tag eine art Buffet aber ohne Selbstbedienung, die Sachen an die man selber nehmen konnte waren alle mit Folie abgedeckt. Wenig Auswahl, Fleisch war mehr als tot und der Rest sehr trocken. 2. Tag Auswahl von der Karte, (Amerikanisch, europäisch, hauseigene Zusammenstellung). Das war dann nachher ein kleiner Teller mit Rührei, Takko und Bacon. Im Zimmer wären Kühlschrank und Coffeemaker schon wünschenswert. Schade, man könnte mit wenig Aufwand diese schöne Anlage deutlich aufwerten. Ich kann die anderen Bewertungen, die das gute Essen anpreisen nicht nachvollziehen. Alles in allem, kann man für den Preis aber gut hier mal ein, zwei Nächte verbringen. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung, zum Glück, jede Menge Restaurants etc.

No tengo quejas con respecto a la estadía. Habitación super limpia, linda, completa, las areas comunes super agradables, el buffete de desayuno super delicioso y con comida típica de Panamá. La atención del personal siempre amable. Y con estacionamientos cerca.

Un lugar donde , lo puedes pasar bien y las camas excelentes Solo que el control del aire dejó de funcionar y no era batería Pero todo lo demás muy bien Pero si deseas comer , un poco más Yo recomiendo la comida de afuera , de igual manera las cervezas tradicionales afuera también.

Buen día, como siempre la atención del hotel es buena y la comida ni hablar. Deliciosa. La atención de Damaris en el restaurante fue excelente. Ah y los licores buenos y a muy buen precio. Siempre me encanta ir allí.
