Junk hotel, inhumane. I went back to Moldova from Ukraine as a refuge. I booked it in the early morning and confirmed it. I finally let me stay, saying that it would be 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and would call and send me a message. In the end, there was nothing. Bai threw more than 4,000 RMB. I'm with a child, and I said it's not allowed to let the child lean on the sofa in the hall, the garbage in the garbage

I went to Chisinau for a business trip. I chose the Courtyard hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Mall Dova shopping center, parking is sufficient, breakfast is varied. However, the rooms are very cramped, they put one slipper per person, you cannot move in the room The tomato, cucumber and cheese varieties used in the breakfast and the omelet prepared by the staff were not delicious. There is a responsible person from Benglades in the breakfast room, I could not see the manager of the hotel at breakfast, there is a bad smell in the hotel corridors, hygiene hand sanitizers were empty. The number of soap and sampans in the bathroom is not enough. According to many hotels in the market, it is too expensive for the name, I will not go again and I do not recommend it! Is gezisi icin Chisinau a gittim. Courtyard otelini tercih ettim. Otelin konumu oldukca guzel, Mall Dova alisveris mrrkezinin hemen yaninda, arac park yeri yeterli, kahvalti cesitli. Ancak odalar cok kuzuk, kisibasi na bir adet terlik koymuslar, odada hareket edemiyorsunuz Kahvaltida kullanilan domates salatalik peynir cesitleri ve personelin hazirladigi omlet hic lezzetli degildi. Kahvalti salonunda Bengladesli bir sorumlu var, otelin mudurunu kahvaltida goremedim, otel koridorlarin da kotu bir koku var, hijyen el sivilari bostu. Banya sabun ve sampyan sayilari yeterli degil. Piyasadaki bircok otelede gore isim icin cok oahali bir daha gitmem ve tavsiye etmiyorum!

Very well appointed hotel. With beautiful rooms but most important of all, great staff - Anya and Victoria - who greeted me with a smile and assisted me with information and insights into the country. Totally pleasant experience. The hotel is not in the main center of the city but right next to a very useful shopping mall. Only a yondex (uber equivalent) ride away from anywhere in this small city.

Overrated hotel! Rooms super small, but price extra high for such class hotel. And I don't understand how possible is to make a glass based bathroom inside room, awful. Breakfast is okay. Free parking near hotel. Next time i'll choose other hotel.

It was my first time in Chisinau and I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott for 2 nights. From check in to check out, it was a memorable stay. Entire staff were amazing with good qualities of hospitality understanding. I would like to extend my appriciations to Ekta and Maxim from reception and Rynul from restaurant. Keep up the good work.

i shall start with the positives , staff are super friendly , breakfast is great with good variety , parking is available , room space is convenient , what i didnt like , major hotel toiletries were not available , thin walls is a big problem in this hotel , you can literally here your neighbors next door , for light sleepers like myself is not easy to get a good night sleep , finally the location is far enough from the city center , although its closer to the airport and the Malldova ( if u re into shopping )

I was in Chisinau this time for only two nights, unlike the three previous holiday weeklong visits. Each time, under the exceptional leadership of manager Ana Koszma, my visits have been a wonderful “home away from home.” As a titanium Marriott Bonvoy member, I stay in many Marriott properties, and can always tell when one is well run: the employees are motivated, offer superb service, and the hotel and all rooms immaculately maintained. In Chisinau, the Marriott Courtyard under Ana’s guidance, is doubly well-run. Its in-house restaurant, the New York, offers the freshest fruit, vegetables and spices available, and I’ve often had special-order seafood dishes prepared exactly to my liking. Usually, the Courtyard is my least favorite of the Marriott brands, but this particular hotel, due to Ana Coszma and her entire team, it remains one of my favorite Marriott hotels.

December 2023 Very good. Friendly staff, good food and clean spacious rooms. Location is quite far out of town centre but it is next door to a large mall with many restaurants etc. However it’s not easy to find genuine Moldovan cuisine nearby. In general definitely recommended.

Perfect option for staying in Chisinau .Comfortable ,good equipped rooms. Professional,helpfull staff. Delicious breakfast ,various dishes ,bright offer. Restaurant in hotel offer tasty dishes and drinks. Restaurant staff friendly and professional.

I spent a night in this hotel in Chisinau, during my last business trip to Moldova. Pros: new, clean and modern rooms, convenient bed and pillows, free underground parking, quick and easy check-in and check-out process, kind reception personnel, good free WiFi, affordable prices for Chișinău. Cons: not very centrally located, the rooms could have been with a better sound isolation, the breakfast was not available in time (it should start at 7:00), the toaster was not working properly and the staff didn’t take any measures to fix this problem after I notified them…

I really like this hotel. My family spends half our time in Moldova living about 1 km away. We typically spend 5-6 nights during that time as a guest of the hotel and can say without hesitation this one of the better Courtyards we have stayed at anywhere in the world. The property is conveniently located next to the Malldova Center and just quick walk, bus ride or taxi away from most attractions. The staff is always very helpful and accomodating, whether it's the front desk, housekeeping or F&B . The New York restaurant/bar downstairs has a wonderful breakfast buffet (which our family often enjoys even when not staying as guests) as well a nice menu for lunch, dinner and late night drinks. The room size is normal by European standards but slightly smaller than what you would typically find in a Courtyard located in the USA. The rooms have always been clean with no signs of wearing and the beds are quite comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as the best option in Chisinau and look forward to future stays at the property.
