Actually Receptionist girl didn’t speak English, disrespect, delayed response , no elevator, I ordered a man to carry the bag , no one come . Poor Housekeeping. Everything is delayed . It can be even 3 stars even not hotel. I regret to choose this hotel although decorating well reception.

Stayed here from 21 - 25th of October. Good spacious rooms in a residential area on walking distance from city . The hotel has 2 pools, a special place for big groups or meeting etc . Breakfast is in the building at the back and it’s from a card ( no buffet) and taste great. Friendly staff and a free parking.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely gardens hidden away in the heart of Chișinău. We had a junior suite booked via Booking. Com on a special deal and the value for money was tremendous compared to what I'm used to for European hotels in cities. There are 2 swimming pools and a nice restaurant. Language barriers may be an issue for only english speakers but the staff were all very helpful. Restaurant service was occasionally slow, but we put this down to there being different private party events booked on some days. That however also shows how much local people appreciate the venue and the very tasty food. All In all I felt it was wonderful value and a lovely setting with a comfortable room. Would happily go back :-)

Very nice hotel, with great amenities and good service. Breaqkfast is also good, even if a bit slow. Really recommended for overnight stay in Chisinau, if needed. Convenient location on the road from Leuseni

Остановились в отеле Дипломат впервые, и сразу почувствовали себя особенными гостями. Кухня - это настоящее гастрономическое удовольствие! Каждое блюдо, от завтраков до ужинов, - настоящее произведение кулинарного искусства, которое поражает вкусом и подачей. Особенно хочется отметить обслуживание: персонал внимательный, приветливый и, кажется, читает мысли, всегда предугадывая пожелания гостей. Атмосфера отеля наполнена комфортом и элегантностью, и после такого опыта не хочется останавливаться больше нигде. Спасибо за незабываемые впечатления, обязательно вернемся!
