Great location, close to the main bus station and markets. The hotel is clean all around, reception staff were quick and efficient. It is next to a busy main road which must be considered for people who like quieter scenery.

My first visit to Moldova and the hotel was selected by our hosts so was going totally blind. The Room was upgraded to a suite and the bed was comfy and the pillows great. It was hot and the AC worked a treat. We had a nice fridge and the hotel even provided a electric kettle to us FOC.No food provided but close by many restaurants and walking distance to some great shopping .The capital city was fine and the public transport cheap and clean. Our first trip to Moldova but would be happy to return to the City and this Hotel Love the food and the wine is crisp and tasty.

I have been a business traveller for over two decades; averaging some years 120 nights of travelling. This is by far the worst hotel I have every see. There is NO inteneter service, the room is not clean does not look like the pictures at all. The internal phone system does not work. The fromt desk is rude. And I have seen other clients at the lobby complaining that they have not been receiving internet service.

They cancelled my booking last min without give me chance to update my credit card... Came to the hotel before chek in and they said that can't give me the room.. My trip was ruined... LIARS !!! UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING AT THE RECEPTION. DO NOT BOOK THIS AWFUL HOTEL
