It could have been a bit cleaner, and the carpet need to be replaced, as do the pillows. The people working at the reception were friendly and willing to help. The room was great for the price. Unfortunately they had a tour group which didn't care about anyone else and were extremely rude, screaming and shouting when they came and, more unpleasantly when they left at 6.30 in the morning. I presume it was the tour leader who decided it was a great idea to go screaming everywhere to make sure everyone would wake up. I truly can't understand how people can be so selfish and disrespectful. Hopefully they can communicate with such people to avoid similar situations in the future if they host groups.
