1.先説價格，到了酒店發現比掛牌價高出40%，可以理解，但請你把掛牌價格修改一下，太明目張膽了
2.進房間就是一股子黴味，廁所門是壞的，浴室門是壞的，甚至馬桶也有點臟，下水還是壞的
3.酒店不隔音，隔壁是間麻將房，到晚上11點多了還有人在大聲喧嘩，致電前台後有改進
4.房間沒有網絡，就來了一個服務員通知了我，連不上網，也沒有後續解決
5.酒店在城邊上的一個建材城，沒有早餐，帶小朋友的還是提前做好攻略

第一：401房間小朋友進門就看見蟑螂🪳趟地上，衞生有待提高，房間老舊，浴巾毛巾都有些破舊了，如果對酒店衞生要求高的，不建議定這個酒店。
第二：房間內的商品沒有明確標價，誤導消費者。第三：第一次住酒店，房間內的娃哈哈礦泉水需要付費。扣按金的時候沒有問前台也沒有告知，後面扣了8元才知道，房間內礦泉水需要付費，和我們同行的朋友房間內有另外的礦泉水，額外還有兩瓶娃哈哈，物品沒有放齊全，這就説明酒店客房管理不到位。
整體入住體驗感受不好。

酒店乾淨温馨，離赤水客運站一、兩公里，客運站從7點開始每隔1h有大瀑布專線車去赤水丹霞景區（12元/人）。酒店按金100，最後退還92，應該是兩瓶娃哈哈礦泉水的錢，這點服務扣分，因為我沒讓開發票，税都不止兩瓶水錢，大氣點的酒店不至於扣錢。總得而言，還是推薦入住吧。

住過的赤水性價比比最低的酒店，沒有之一，空調不升温老暫停酒店方還死扛説沒問題，不知道是**還是把顧客當**，態度傲慢，電視不能投屏，洗浴用品一點點，反正一大堆和價格不成正比的條件！衹要辦理了住宿就沒有退的可能！雖然不適合人類居住，花錢買罪受
