The people working at the reception were friendly and willing to help. The room was great for the price.
Unfortunately they had a tour group which didn't care about anyone else and were extremely rude, screaming and shouting when they came and, more unpleasantly when they left at 6.30 in the morning. I presume it was the tour leader who decided it was a great idea to go screaming everywhere to make sure everyone would wake up.
I truly can't understand how people can be so selfish and disrespectful. Hopefully they can communicate with such people to avoid similar situations in the future if they host groups.

國慶節去赤水，人也不多，晚上到的，停車很方便，環境安靜，乾淨衞生，性價比高，國慶假也沒有漲價，良心！

優點：老闆熱情 生活方便，打車也挺方便的，吃喝玩樂都離得不遠，價格便宜
缺點：沒有停車場，停車是停路邊，如果有交警來了，老闆去跟交警溝通，50%勝率。其次毛巾浴巾都是廉價的一次性浴巾毛巾，很薄，不太能擦乾。

千萬不要圖便宜定雅間房，其實就是酒店過道隔出來的一間房。又小，又悶！！窗户2邊也就是走廊。睡覺吵死，然後走廊也有燈，透過窗簾進來，房間燈熄完也是亮的！住的最無語的酒店，也別想通風了！！！！

衞生挺乾淨的，氛圍很好，服務態度好
1.床單和枕頭的套子需要換新的了，來的時候就發現了好幾個洞洞
2.床單有些隔皮膚，在床單上輕輕一滑就可能會擦破皮
3.希望可以提供瓶裝礦泉水（付錢）
4.廁所洗澡間多放兩袋沐浴露
5.廁所洗漱台放刷牙的口杯
6.酒店隔音效果不佳，門口有人的手機響了都聽的一清二楚，望改善
7.希望客人在入住的前兩三個小時就把衞生打掃乾淨
8.希望準備個煙灰缸在桌子上，既方便抽煙的客人，也把客人用煙頭不小心破壞設施的機率降小
以上是我個人為貴店提的建議，望過目
