Maybe it’s a short vacation. The hotel looks very classy on the outside. The website says it’s still a four-star hotel. However, the price of more than 500 per night is not worthy of the disposable items in the room. The disposable items can be used as shabby. To describe it, the hair dryer is as big as the palm of my hand. After washing my hair, the hair dryer blows until I want to cry. The sound insulation of the room is also very average. You can hear the sound of the air conditioner in the next room!

The hotel is Chishui NO.1 recommended by Ctrip. I chose it because of trust. The appearance is OK, but from the first call at the front desk, people doubt the comfort of this hotel and the professionalism of the staff! It was shown online that the hotel has its own independent parking lot, but when we arrived, the front desk allowed us to park as we pleased. I just wanted to ask a weak question: If the hotel has a parking lot and you let the guests park wherever they want, who will be held responsible if something goes wrong? The facilities are very old, and it can be seen from all the details that the room management staff of this hotel should not pay much attention to the user experience! (Cat’s Eye: The last guest blocked it with paper towels. If it is so obvious, it means that the room check may not have been done at all and the guest will take over directly. The white edge as big as the middle of the “Garden” lawn textile mat can be cut off and connected seamlessly with glue. Didn’t the lady who cleans the shower open it to flush the bathroom? If it did, why would an unusable shower be left on the guest’s hands? Not to mention the meticulous hygiene of the floor...the housekeeping staff did not do anything. No matter how powerful the OTA operation is, it always equals 0. Good operation must be matched with good products. Good products need good details. Only good details can determine whether you can become a real winner. The young man who went to the room to handle the complaints at night was very nice. His professionalism was ok and he deserved to be trained by the managers of this store. When checking out in the morning, the sister at the front desk paid a return visit to inquire about satisfaction and his attitude was ok, but there was a lack of closed-loop actions! It’s not embarrassing to write a review, but I hope the managers can pay attention to the user experience! That's all!

As a person who has a high threshold and almost never leaves comments, I have to complain about the sound insulation effect of this poor hotel. The room faced the street on the 3rd floor. The sound was as loud as sleeping on the street, so that the two of them repeatedly confirmed three times whether the window was closed properly. The key is that the sound is not continuous and regular. It is the feeling that every time you are about to fall asleep, a vehicle roars and runs over your nerves, doubling the pain. There is also a baby crying at night, which allows you to hear clearly but cannot tell where the sound comes from. It has the same effect as 3D stereo surround sound. I don’t know how Ctrip got the 4-star rating. Can I just pay money?

After checking in, there happened to be a performance behind the hotel, and I was very happy to experience the Miao family bonfire party. But the facilities in the hotel are a bit old and the breakfast variety is a bit limited.

Parking in the hotel is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it. The lobby is clean and stylish. The front desk upgraded the room for free. However, as a four-diamond/star hotel, there are some problems that the hotel should correct: (1) As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of cigarette smoke, and the pillow smells like sweat, which is disgusting (2) The toiletries in the bathroom are too low , the toiletries configuration is not that of a four-star hotel (3) The sound insulation of the room is poor, and there are people making loud noises in the corridor, upstairs room, and next door room at 11 or 2 o'clock in the evening, which greatly affects the rest (4) The breakfast is too bad, Ctrip has a higher standard For a four-diamond/star hotel, the most basic standard breakfast is eggs and milk bread, but it only has eggs and soy milk. There is no milk bread or salad, let alone coffee. The breakfast variety is single, which is worse than the breakfast in a three-star hotel. It's worse, a little unexpected.
