My checked in was handled by 万先生. I have the intention to book a room that comes with breakfast, but i book wrongly without instead. Mr Wan patiently guided me to cancell and rebook again on Trip.com. Thank you for his superb service and attitude. My booking comes with breakfast for only 2 pax. He courteously offered a free breakfast for my daughter as well. When I checked in the room, the wifi was not working. The technician was fast to get it resolved, too. The room is very comfortable with a nice river view. If I were to visit Chishui again, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
