My checked in was handled by 万先生. I have the intention to book a room that comes with breakfast, but i book wrongly without instead. Mr Wan patiently guided me to cancell and rebook again on Trip.com. Thank you for his superb service and attitude. My booking comes with breakfast for only 2 pax. He courteously offered a free breakfast for my daughter as well. When I checked in the room, the wifi was not working. The technician was fast to get it resolved, too. The room is very comfortable with a nice river view. If I were to visit Chishui again, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

中餐廳白天不提供服務，卻在網上掛着營業時間為10點到21點。路上沒吃飯。趕過來想吃頓好的。
關鍵前台也不清楚他們不開，讓我們上二樓去找，説有人接待。
我們安頓好，就先打電話二樓餐廳，半天沒人接，自動轉到了前台。前台還讓我們去二樓。沒人接電話，去能找到人嗎？於是請前台幫忙問清楚，找找人。結果半天沒回話。十分鐘後，又打餐廳，又自動轉前台。這時前台才説沒有，可以點送餐。連個訊息傳遞都不能主動，非得等客人追着。這實在非五鑽服務。攜程給出5鑽的評定，牽強的很。
也別説，房間、衞生夠五個，酒店環境也不錯，右轉二百米有個老革命餐飲味道不錯，服務好。
門衞保安小殷，服務絕對主動熱情，前前後後幫忙搬運行李，招呼停車，非常積極的人。
總體上，是滿意的，但前台的服務意識，還是要訓練。

整個酒店大廳挺闊氣，但是有點雜亂無章，宴會廳，SPA會所等混在一起，很亂。
電梯沒有梯控，電梯沒有梯控，電梯沒有梯控。一個五星酒店相當於陌生人可以直接來到你房間。
早餐九點五十很多就沒了，一問工作人員就是沒了，直到十點半也沒上上來，很多種類都沒有包括水果，餐廳悶熱，可能為了省電不開空調。
房間比較老舊，房間的插頭插了一晚上沒有電，接觸非常不好。牀頭櫃是晃的。浴室洗髮液上面一坨白色的東西，沒敢用，浴室頂噴打不開。設施真的頭痛。
樓下超市商品價格溢價嚴重，雪糕比市場售賣基本翻倍。
總結下來就是，作為一個縣城的五星，衹有價位對得起，其他都對不上。

遵義到瀘州路過一晚，落腳，該酒店在赤水河邊，房間很大。乾淨衞生。估計是赤水市最好的酒店。早餐也不錯。
缺點 1.早餐咖啡應該不是現磨。
2.晚上到酒店碰到一個旅遊團，保安在指揮大客車停靠，遮擋了停車指示，門口沒有服務人員，門口無人安排停車位置。希望高峯時增加引導。
除了點小瑕疵，酒店都不錯，推薦入住。

酒店外觀奢華，房間整潔舒適，各個用品都放在抽屜裏並做好標識，枕頭也分柔軟和硬質兩種，在各個細節上非常貼心，早餐品種也繁多，是一次非常好的體驗。

房間非常大且舒適乾淨，兩個洗漱盆，有淋浴房還有浴缸房，送一次性的浴缸套，早餐非常豐盛，房間設施齊全，服務非常周到，有免費的地下停車場，性價比超高，推薦入住體驗，酒店旁邊就是赤水河。
